He was friendly and quick! He was an hour later than planned, but he texted ahead of the original meeting time to confirm running late would be okay. One of the drawers on the dresser he assembled doesn’t slide in properly, but I’m uncertain if it’s his workmanship or the quality of the dresser, so I don’t want to rate him down for that. I would hire him again!

Sergey was awesome -- he replied to my query in just a few minutes and said he could come same day to help with our project which was assembling a crib, dresser and changing table (can you tell we're getting ready for a baby!) I love my husband very much, but there is no way he could have assembled the furniture anywhere near as quickly, professionally and quietly ;) as Sergey. In fact, he was very relieved to hear I had hired Sergey and also very impressed! Overall, Sergey was meticulous in his assembly, cleaned up all debris and I felt very safe with him in my home. His quote was also incredible fair (in fact, for the work he did, I thought it was a little low!) We would definitely use him for more projects!

We were able to seamlessly book with them through Thumbtack from numerous different time-slots for a time that worked well for us, we received confirmation of our booking within 2 minutes of booking, and we received lots of good communication from the dispatchers before, during, and after the job was completed to make sure everything went smoothly. Our technicians, Reza and Mohammad, were also exceptional. They called and texted us 30 minutes before they were set to arrive, just like the dispatchers said they would, and they completed the job quickly and professionally. The dresser that they were putting together came with a part that was broken in half and dented during shipping, and despite that they were able to fix the piece to complete the installation for the same reasonable price that we were originally quoted. All in all, I would highly recommend their work for anyone who needs furniture assembled.
