So this is my experience working with Gilad on the project for my Grandma's garage conversion project. I knew how important it was to make the space wheelchair accessible for my grandmother, but I was worried about staying within our budget.From our first conversation, the TRIOND team understood what we needed. We went through several floor plans together until we found one that worked perfectly. They installed new electrical throughout, added windows, added, bathroom, three bedrooms, and 2 bathroom and the wheelchair-accessible shower my Grandma needed. I was so impressed with how they created smooth transitions for her wheelchair and clearance for it through the houseThe structural challenges were difficult, but their project manager Gilad was amazing at finding solutions that didn't break the bank. He even took on a designer role, helping us pick out all the finish materials within our allowances budget plan. The entire team genuinely cared about making this space perfect for all the e house residentsIf you're looking for a construction company that listens and works with your budget while still delivering quality work, I recommend TRIOND Remodeling. We hired TRIOND to remodel the first floor of our home (~600 square feet) to be a functional mudroom, primary bedroom, and ensuite bathroom. Our home is on a steep SF hill, and we absolutely needed a team familiar with complex structural work. After interviewing 47 contractors in the SF Bay Area, TRIOND stood out immediately. PJ, the project manager, was thorough, knowledgeable about SF homes, and took the time to deeply understand our vision. He even brought the Sr. Foreman for a second walkthrough before quoting something no other company offered.While TRIONDs bid wasnt the cheapest, it also wasn't the most expensive, and it felt the most accurate given their diligence.Construction took about four months without major issues, a testament to TRIONDs expertise and planning. Ming, the Sr. Foreman, and his crew showed incredible craftsmanship and care. Toward the end, Jefferson, the Jr. PM, personally ensured our final finishes met expectations. The owner, Gilad, also stopped by a handful of times to ensure work was progressing as planned. Their team, including Valeria and Victoria in the office, made scheduling and communication seamless through a group chat, keeping us informed every step of the way.Overall, were thrilled with the result and grateful for the professionalism and teamwork TRIOND brought to the project. We would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them for remodeling work in the SF Bay area.

We chose TRIOND to remodel our kitchen and we are very happy with it! The design phase was great. Our designer, Nadja, helped us select and source all the finish materials easily and we love the look as well as the functionality. Ming was our foreman and did a great job leading the construction team on-site. They were very knowledgeable and helped solve any little things that came up very easily. PJ was our project manager and was great to work with as well. If youre interested in getting remodeling work done at your house I recommend you speak to TRIOND.
