So this is my experience working with Gilad on the project for my Grandma's garage conversion project. I knew how important it was to make the space wheelchair accessible for my grandmother, but I was worried about staying within our budget. From our first conversation, the TRIOND team understood what we needed. We went through several floor plans together until we found one that worked perfectly. They installed new electrical throughout, added windows, added, bathroom, three bedrooms, and 2 bathroom and the wheelchair-accessible shower my Grandma needed. I was so impressed with how they created smooth transitions for her wheelchair and clearance for it through the houseThe structural challenges were difficult, but their project manager Gilad was amazing at finding solutions that didn't break the bank. He even took on a designer role, helping us pick out all the finish materials within our allowances budget plan. The entire team genuinely cared about making this space perfect for all the e house residentsIf you're looking for a construction company that listens and works with your budget while still delivering quality work, I recommend TRIOND Remodeling. They made this project so much easier for our family.

I recently completed an extensive project with TRIOND Remodeling in the Mission, converting my garage into a livable space along with a kitchen and bathroom remodel. From the initial design phase through completion, the experience was exceptional. Gilad and Stephen managed my project with outstanding professionalism. They set up a WhatsApp group which made communication seamless and responsive throughout the entire process. What really stood out was their comprehensive design-build approach. The team didn't just execute construction - they helped envision and design the space to transform my garage into a comfortable living area while also updating the kitchen and bathroom. The quality of workmanship is evident in every detail, from the fixtures to the finishes. The project managers, especially Stephen, were consistently attentive and kept me informed at every stage. Having worked with other contractors before, I particularly appreciated their organized approach and attention to detail. If you're looking for a reliable contractor in SF who can handle both design and construction with high-quality results, I highly recommend TRIOND Remodeling.

We hired TRIOND to remodel the first floor of our home (~600 square feet) to be a functional mudroom, primary bedroom, and ensuite bathroom. Our home is on a steep SF hill, and we absolutely needed a team familiar with complex structural work. After interviewing 47 contractors in the SF Bay Area, TRIOND stood out immediately. PJ, the project manager, was thorough, knowledgeable about SF homes, and took the time to deeply understand our vision. He even brought the Sr. Foreman for a second walkthrough before quoting something no other company offered. While TRIONDs bid wasnt the cheapest, it also wasn't the most expensive, and it felt the most accurate given their diligence.Construction took about four months without major issues, a testament to TRIONDs expertise and planning. Ming, the Sr. Foreman, and his crew showed incredible craftsmanship and care. Toward the end, Jefferson, the Jr. PM, personally ensured our final finishes met expectations. The owner, Gilad, also stopped by a handful of times to ensure work was progressing as planned. Their team, including Valeria and Victoria in the office, made scheduling and communication seamless through a group chat, keeping us informed every step of the way.Overall, were thrilled with the result and grateful for the professionalism and teamwork TRIOND brought to the project. We would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them for remodeling work in the SF Bay area.

I highly recommend TRiOND for home remodeling! As a first-time remodeler, I was nervous about my kitchen and living room project, but they made the entire process smooth and manageable. The team was incredibly patient and took the time to explain things I wasn't familiar with. One of the best things about working with TRiOND was their flexibility. Whenever we needed to change directions with our design plans, they were accommodating and helpful. They were also very transparent about costs and tradeoffs when unexpected issues came up, walking us through all our options while keeping our budget in mind. I never felt pressured - instead, they helped us find ways to achieve our main upgrade goals without breaking the bank. The project management was excellent. Whether we needed to add or remove elements from our project scope, they were always focused on making sure we got what we wanted while staying within our budget constraints. The results are absolutely beautiful! Our kitchen and living room turned out exactly as we hoped. If you're planning a remodel, especially if it's your first time, TRiOND is definitely the way to go. Their guidance and support throughout the process made all the difference.

We did a large remodel on our home including a full garage conversion which required excavating down multiple feet to add a new bathroom, multipurpose room, laundry area, storage areas, and redo the car area of the garage. We also added square footage upstairs by expanding and completely remodeling the kitchen. Additionally, we added a new spiral staircase to allow access from the top floor to the bottom. PJ and the TRIOND team came in to do the work. With the support of the TRIOND in-house design team we explored different options and decided on all of our finish materials. The design team also provided highly realistic 3D rendering to show us exactly what the end result would look like before we made final decisions and purchased anything. The end result looks just like the renderings of the design and we are happy with it.We did run into some unanticipated issues, mainly with our retaining wall which was critical because we live on a rather steep hill. PJ worked with the engineer and architect to help answer our questions and get the project on the right path forward.PJ was available even outside regular hours and went above and beyond in multiple ways. He was communicative in the WhatsApp groups and provided pictures & videos to help us stay in the loop on what was happening.I would gladly recommend PJ for your home remodel & design projects in SF.
