Plumbing installation leaked and vessel sink was installed incorrectly. When he sent someone else out to check on it (it was the weekend) they had a poor attitude and wasn't happy to be there... told us he couldn't fix the sink and to wait for the original guy. Facet connection still leaked afterward. We couldn't wait so we fixed it all ourselves including remounting the sink properly as we had guests arriving Monday. Its a shame as the original guy was very helpful and had a very pleasant demeanor.

Mete was very good with communicating what the job needs were and the constraints of our 1920's tiled walls. Gerardo recently installed a new kitchen sink faucet in our home, and I could not be more pleased with his work! By way of background, we needed to replace our prior faucet due to some wear and tear. In completing the job, Gerardo was very thorough from start to finish. When installing the new faucet he made sure there was proper alignment of the faucet with the countertop, that the hose connected to the head came down far enough for cleaning purposes, and checked to ensure there were no leaks below the sink. In short, he was really detail oriented and took a lot of pride in his work. Also, Gerardo is a friendly and personable guy who's very nice to work with. All in all, a great plumbing experience!

Gerardo was exceptionally communicative and easy to work with on top of doing high-quality work on time and on budget. What else can one ask for in a contractor?? He responded to email and text within minutes and showed up on time on a Sunday of Memorial day weekend. He installed our new kitchen island sink, including an additional drain that he had not been aware of before arrival. Rather than make it more complicated, Gerardo went quickly to the nearest hardware store, figured out the parts needed, and got the job done quickly. He worked cleanly, was very conscientious of our furniture, floors, personal items etc, and did it all with a smile and good attitude. After completing the work, Gerardo took the time to test and re-test every aspect of his work, and even correct some minor mistakes made by our previous plumber. I would not hesitate to recommend Gerardo, and will definitely hire him again in the future!
