I hired Joe to replace my broken Kohler toilet with a new standard Toto toilet set and a matching washlet. Joe communicated well, met me on time at Excel on So Van Ness to help me choose the toilet and washlet, carried the items to my condo, and had the new toilet and washlet installed in about an hour. He also replaced a broken angle valve that supplies water. His quote was reasonable and he even gave me the option of simply repairing the value and flapper on my old toilet. Having lived in Japan, I have always wanted a washlet and highly efficient toilet set and I now have it. I installed a Toto Drake II toilet that uses only 1 gal per flush, vs. 1.6 gal for most conventional toilets. I highly recommend Joe.

Ars replaced our old toilet with a new Toto (with Unifit for 14” rough-in) with washlet. When he removed the old toilet he found that the old flange was rusted and the bolts were rusted though. He went to get a replacement part, installed the new flange, toilet and washlet. Before mounting the remote for the washlet he checked with me to verify where it should be mounted. Even helped with an issue with the closure of the front door as he was leaving.
