- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want to make sure I can address your yoga wants and needs at an affordable price. If you want to try out yoga with me but are concerned about the long term cost, let me know! Let's see what we can come up with together. I also offer written yoga sequences, online yoga, and coaching calls.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to know about your goals and interest in yoga before we meet! So, I always start with a phone call. This phone call typically lasts between 10-30mins. Here´s what we cover: What got you interested in private yoga instruction? What is your current physical level (ex. Have you practiced yoga before? Do you have any injuries? Chronic pains? Challenges/limitations?)? What do you hope to accomplish through yoga? Then we get into logistics to make sure that our locations and schedules match up well. This initial call gives both of us a chance to set expectations for working together and ensures that we will have a great yoga session!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yoga Teacher Training through Yoga Tree in San Francisco Corrective Exercise Certification through NASM Personal Training Certification through ISSA Nutrition Certification through ISSA Mother of 3, aka always ready for a challenge :)
