All the houses I sell that have Lorie at Ideal Home Staging come in and professionally stage with furniture, rug, mirrors and pictures are so beautiful. It always turns out great for the seller because the homes sell faster and for much more money! We have done a few together this year and she takes care of it all! Lorie transforms the average house into a model home that buyers can't help falling in love with and end up competing and offering more money to win. Sandi is awesome! Very easy to work with and has great touch and advice. I did this office makeover as a surprise for my husband and she helped through the whole process and kept me on track. She helped me choose all my large items and made sure it was within my budget. I had a pretty tight budget and she worked around it and accommodated.       What does it mean to stage a home?

      Home staging is the real estate strategy of decorating your home to be as marketable as possible to your target demographic. Home staging is done by interior decorators and other design pros hired by the homeowner or realtor, prior to putting a house on the market. Think of it as setting the stage for potential buyers to fall more easily in love with their future homes — and to spend top dollar to get them. Staging an empty house can be more expensive as furniture and decor need to be trucked in, requiring transportation, physical labor and potential rental fees.
