Pedro showed up within 30min of my request (via Thumbtack ) and was very professional. He gave a zero cost estimate and tells you what he plans to do and how much time
It will take. He completed the work in less than hour and in addition to replacing wax ring, put in new bolts which was not discussed as part of the job.
I cannot comment if their pricing is reasonable ($357 inlcd parts/labor) but I know if you want something done quickly and reliably, these guys are good.
