Abram Mission says, "We recently moved into a home that was built in 1977 and apart from some appliances, almost everything was original. We were in store for a huge home improvement project. We needed to redo: all the floors, the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, living room, family room, exterior/interior paint, windows, and fireplace. We meticulously searched for a contractor. We messaged 8 and met with 4. Casa Utopia instantly stood out due to their professionalism and attention to detail. In terms of cost they were somewhere in the middle but it still felt fair and reasonable. It also felt justified based on past projects they had shown us. They do amazing work! They have interior designers (shout out to Rinat) that work with you to customize each space to your liking while providing their professional input when needed. They put together renderings based on your selected finishes to make sure you like everything before you start purchasing material. Ill share photos of some of our renderings. During the construction process, the project manager (shout out to Raz) did a great job communicating with us and he made sure to send progress pics to keep us in the loop. We have heard horror stories about contractors and are so glad we virtually had no issues or complaints. We recommend Casa Utopia to all our friends, family, and coworkers any chance we get. He explained options clearly and helped us think through tradeoffs. I appreciated his suggestions throughout the project, including the decision to replace the windows. That change was not something we had planned, but it made a real difference in the finished space.The crew was well staffed and productive. When they were on site, progress was steady and visible. The team also handled uncertainty well. At the start, it was not clear how the kitchen exhaust hood would be vented. They worked through the constraints and found a solution that significantly improved airflow and met code.If we raised a concern or felt something missed the mark, it was addressed quickly. Change orders felt fair and were discussed before work moved forward.
