Abram Mission says, "We recently moved into a home that was built in 1977 and apart from some appliances, almost everything was original. We were in store for a huge home improvement project. We needed to redo: all the floors, the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, living room, family room, exterior/interior paint, windows, and fireplace. We meticulously searched for a contractor. We messaged 8 and met with 4. Casa Utopia instantly stood out due to their professionalism and attention to detail. In terms of cost they were somewhere in the middle but it still felt fair and reasonable. It also felt justified based on past projects they had shown us. They do amazing work! They have interior designers (shout out to Rinat) that work with you to customize each space to your liking while providing their professional input when needed. They put together renderings based on your selected finishes to make sure you like everything before you start purchasing material. Ill share photos of some of our renderings. During the construction process, the project manager (shout out to Raz) did a great job communicating with us and he made sure to send progress pics to keep us in the loop. We have heard horror stories about contractors and are so glad we virtually had no issues or complaints. We recommend Casa Utopia to all our friends, family, and coworkers any chance we get.
