The most common investigations that we conduct here at Atlas Investigations are related to Family Law. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My best piece of advice that I can provide to a customer or client is that you should be comfortable with your choice. Comfortable with who you are hiring. Always take advantage of the consultation process. A good, experienced and knowledgeable investigator should have the ability to listen patiently to your issues or the details surrounding your situation, make good solid recommendations and a plan of attack, and explain how he or she will implement those recommendations and techniques. A customer should feel comfortable with the investigators plan and methods prior to signing an agreement. In this industry it is easy to spot an investigator who is experienced and successful by their ability to construct a plan, explain the techniques and how they will impact the case. Always choose an agency that maintains a professional office and has an open door policy. You wouldn't hire an attorney if he met you at Denny's or Starbucks.. an investigator can have the same impact on your case.. make sure the agency is a professional one. in good standing and has a solid reputation!
