The first that came out tried to upsell me on expensive and turns out unnecessary repairs/rebuild.Victor, from Upgrade Home Services, was the second vendor that came out. Victor and I exchanged a few messages before the appointment. Felt he was always forthright.At the visit he verified that I only needed to replace the capacitor. and promptly replaced it.During the visit for sake of my curiosity I asked various questions and all were answered.Am very grateful and appreciative for the service and most importantly the honesty/integrity.Thank you so much!"See more
