I find it important to develop a trusting relationship and connection with my clients in order to provide them with the most enjoyable routines possible. Not only do I want my clients to achieve their goals, but I also want them to adopt an active, healthy lifestyle that will ultimately extend their lives. The most enjoyable aspect of my job is watching the transformation of my clients. Not only are they achieving the results they desire, but they also have increased energy, quality of life, and a more positive outlook.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I decided to become a Personal Trainer in order to help others transform their lives and improve their quality of life, just as I had. I have lost over 40 pounds by adopting a healthy, active lifestyle, and have experienced much more than simply weight loss. I remember the struggle of pushing myself to the next limit and staying motivated, and decided to earn a personal training certification in order to be that person that one can rely on.
