Westile's tile work is first-rate. They totally gutted a small bathroom and tiled it, tiled a kitchen backsplash, and tiled a vanity area. (See pictures) I was asked for my input all along the way, which I appreciated. They did everything they said they would do according to the contract. The reason I'm giving a four star instead of a five star rating is because a couple of my things went missing, and Westile was working in the house alone. These items were small in size and value, and I shouldn't have left them there, but I thought it wouldn't be worth the risk to their reputation to take anything. One item I got three excuses for: 1. Didn't see it, 2. It was there in the house, 3. Oh, no, it was broken. If that were true, you'd say it right away with pictures to prove it. Westile did offer to replace one of the items, and asked several times if they could do anything to make me happy. I just wanted my things returned. It makes me very sad to be writing this, because it overshadows what was mostly a positive experience.
