This gym has transformed my training. I'm a professional yoga teacher and a huge supporter of cross training which is exactly what STF provides me from getting an amazing work out and gaining strength in the kickboxing and weight lifting classes to not only getting a work out but also learning useful self defense techniques in the Krav Maga program. This is a place I would 10 out of 10 recommend. You grow and learn so much here and truly feel like you're part of an insanely supportive family.
