I've been working with Michael as a landlord for half a year now. I really enjoy working with Mike since he has been on top of every situation and communication we had so far. It's hasn't been too long yet, however, we managed to have few serious challanges with fixing old infrustructure around the house that suddenly went out of order. Mike has managed to organize a team immediately and fix all at very low cost in a matter of days. Mike is an experienced manager and he is devoted to what his family has been doing for generations now. Really recommend Michael and Sunny Coast Property Management.

We had a property that was facing difficulties in attracting tenants. We contracted with David and David rapidly made improvements in the property and placed ads to rent it.     After years of being out of town landlords we decided it was time to seek a property management company. Home Team Property Management was highly recommended. Once the house was vacated they assisted, long distance, with a total renovation and repairs. The contractor they chose and their maintenance team did an outstanding job while keeping within our budget. The house is rented and Home Team handles everything for us at a very reasonable fee. It is no longer a burden to have a rental. We would highly recommend their services.

    R&R Vacation Rentals has managed our short term rental for over a year. They've been involved every step of the way -- from helping us get started through keeping it rented nearly 100% of the time. They helped us find great deals on furnishings and appliances and offered helpful design decisions to improve rentability and guest comfort. Rachel and Ozzy are always available for the guests and for the owners when we have questions. But more importantly, they look out for potential issues before they become a problem for guests or owners. The R&R Management team is responsive and professional and even more personable.
