    At God's Gym, we teach the process of shaping and strengthening specific parts of the anatomy in order to improve one's capability to achieve better results in all types of physical activities. Weight training places optimal stress on muscles, tendons, and ligaments and efficiently improves general physical condition. Weight training, however, though important, is only the beginning. To condition fully, calls for total body conditioning, cardio conditioning, and strength training are needed. The training consists of 30 minutes of high-intensity weight lifting with 15-30 minutes of cardio/conditioning. The workouts are at your own pace, and you are pushed at your own pace. The weight training and cardio programs are goal specific. You train with one to two other people. This helps reinforce the community atmosphere as well as makes things more fun. (We cannot guarantee that there will always be partner training, depending on your time slot and goal, you may be alone.) The training is still personal, and each movement is watched and corrected, as well as regressions and progressions are made to exercises as necessary with goal-specific changes being made as well. For just a fraction of the amount that many spend on their personal training, you can discover at God's Gym the general fitness you were always intended to possess. All it takes to begin is a commitment! Train two times per week. The prices are as follows: * 1 week -- $85.00 * 2 weeks -- $153.00 * 4 weeks -- $258.00 * 6 weeks -- $353.00 Train three times per week. The prices are as follows: * 1 week -- $90.00 * 2 weeks -- $168.00 * 4 weeks -- $273.00 * 6 weeks -- $383.00 We are open only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Possible times for training (45-minute training sessions) are listed below: * 5:00 AM to 11:30 AM * 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM * (Closed from 11:30 AM-3:00 PM)
