I've worked out with trainers before, even one that I loved, and the experience with Anthony has still been on a different level entirely. For the last 5 weeks, I have had the pleasure of having Anthony as my trainer. I have found capacities in my body that I didn't know existed. Anthony is hardly summed up by a five star review. Anthony has one of the sunniest and positive personalities you'll never meet. The workouts are different every day and are fun and enjoyable and never boring. The gym environment is also great. From other trainers and other gym goers, everyone is kind, supportive, and encouraging. Expect to be greeted by everyone when you arrive. Since my first day, the atmosphere has been nothing but positive. I feel very welcomed and extremely comfortable. I've been very impressed with my experience thus far. I love the that God's cultivates a great mix of clientele. I see both men and women (regardless of age, level of fitness, or experience) working on their goals.
Scott is very down-to-earth, hardworking, knowledgable, and extremely pleasant to work with. Many trainers are like businessmen or showmen, but he is nothing like them. Kristi is awesome! She's knowledgable, creative, energetic, and listens to your needs and goals. Her passion for fitness and nutrition comes through in every session. She's willing and able to make modifications to my training program and my nutrition plan as needed. She helped me create a nutrition plan to match my workout routines and supports me through my Fitbit app and My Fitness Pal food tracking. Kristi is also always available to contact for advice and support through multiple channels - SNAP team, social media, phone, etc. I've been a SNAP Fitness San Mateo member since summer 2015 and I love coming to the gym. Dario is the best trainer I have had. He always comes up with new workouts that challenge both my body and mind. I love the endurance workouts where he sets me a time challenge to beat (I always get a great night's sleep after those workouts!). The workouts are really varied from cross-fit, to Olympic weightlifting, to boxing, to plyometrics, to agility circuits. Because of this attention to providing new and challenging workouts I believe Dario is one of the best trainers out there.
I first went to Luis a few years ago after a string of short lived experiences with other personal trainers. I was looking for a personal trainer who was smart, experienced, tough on me but also had a great personality. Someone I could go to, get a good work out and have fun at the same time. I was asking for a lot, but I found it all in Luis. I've learned so much from him about working out (and doing it the correct way) as well as diet & nutrition. I've never seen better results from working out with a personal trainer before. So much so that I just keep coming back for more.

I believe that there is no price on health and fitness and that is why I don't charge anything for my personal training sessions. You can pay me whatever you can afford or think I deserve. Some people pay nothing and others pay $200 per session; either is fine as long as you are serious about becoming the healthiest and strongest version of yourself that you can be. I have been involved in fitness and sports almost all my life. I played basketball and football throughout middle school transitioning into martial arts and weightlifting in high school. I now do Muay Thai and jiujitsu. I am also well-versed in cross fit, interval training, weight lifting, cardio training, aerobics, metabolic conditioning training, and much more. I am not a nutritionist, but I do follow many of the dieting trends such as the paleo diet, intermittent fasting, juice cleansing, and whatever else is trending.
