I have tried a number of cleaning services that I found online or by friends, and I've been really dissatisfied with them, until I met this cleaning service over 3 years ago, Wendy and Jose have been cleaning my place since then, they clean every corner, they do a thorough job and their quotes are reasonable.
Excellent service! I was so concerned that whom ever I called was going to be so judge mental about my mess since it was only one room. Instead Connie came on time and was so helpful with rearranging my room and decluttering my life. She came up with a plan for where stuff went. Got along well with my questionable cat and made me feel good about cleaning. She even fixed some of my broken not really put together IKEA furniture making it finally functional! Then using it for all its purpose to hold my clothes and stuff. I will be hiring her again and am happy I finally found someone with organization skills! HIRE HER!! Worth every penny!

I was pretty pleased with my experience with Lisa. She came in initially to help only with my home office, as I was preparing to increase my side business and was going to need to use it as an actual Office space, rather than storage. She in fact helped me with office, kitchen, closets and more. She came up with good re-purposing ideas for most of my existing pieces, and everything that I was holding onto that in fact didn't need to keep, was donated to the woman's shelter in DTLA (which she loaded up her own car with to drop off, and sent me the receipt for tax uses), Goodwill or donated to friends and co-workers (all good stuff, btu I just didn't need it all). She also was clever with how to organize items in groups and used my covered staircase (which I don't use) as a storage solution and put items like camping chairs up on the side walls to free up closet space in the main part of the house. She helped me declutter and rid myself of items that weren't practical anymore. We didn't do every single thing she suggested, as there's a need for compromise on some of the ideas, but I was overall very happy with how she helped me to better my home and items. She's got a tough attitude at times, but that's part of her job. She is there to help declutter your life... so take what she says as constructive, she's doing her job to help. Might be a bit tough to hear at the time, but she does a good job of lessening the CRAP most of us have. Haha! She is fun to talk with and comes up with plans for what you need and need to do once she's finished with the job and has goals set for what you can do on your own once she's gone, which helped me to keep on track and finish at the pace that I was comfortable with, like putting up added shelving in closets (which I needed help from my bf with), getting a more practical trash bin and more.
Gale and her associate Cathy took on the arduous job of decluttering/organizing my elderly parents home. They did an outstanding job organizing and removing 49 years of acquired "stuff". But what really makes Gale and Cathy special is how they interacted with my parents. They were calm, patient and empathetic to my parents rather challenging needs and desires.
My sessions with Audrey were truly amazing! It was my first time working with an organizer who's trained in the Konmari Method. Initially I had reached out to her to help me to declutter and organize my room, not realizing that it was more than just organizing physical stuff I had laying around. She then explained to me that by applying the Konmari method, I would make a decision if a particular item sparks joy in my life. If it does, then I will keep it, and if it doesn't sparks joy anymore then I would give thanks to it and let it go. I have to say, it was not easy to give away the personal items, and at times when I hesitated, Audrey would be right next to me and ask "Does that really spark joy?" Which really helped me to get over my head and really take the time to think "Do they spark joy?" and "What sparks joy in my life?" After 15 hours and 3 sessions with Audrey, I no longer spend hours looking for "stuff" underneath piles of clothes which I haven't wore in years. Now I only have items that spark joy, that I would wear or use that make me happy. And the best part is, now my whole wardrobe is color-cordinated so it makes it so much easier to pick out the clothes that spark joy. Now my room is free of clutter, which creates space for something better to come :) I would highly recommend Audrey to anyone who's not only thinking of organizing his/her closet/room, but is also looking to make a change in his/her life. It feels so liberating to create space both physically and mentally. Thanks again Audrey!
Excellent help!!! I was totally amazed at the amount accomplished in a 4 hour period. We were able to purge and declutter in 4 hours what would have taken us at least a month or more. We cleaned out all of the closets, bathroom cabinets for demo and even made it to the garage to clean of shelving full of clutter. It was a great help. I will definitely contact again to do some organization as we finish remodeling.

Ninna is an extraordinary person with amazing skill. Ninna came to my aid to help me declutter house items from kitchen, living room, clothes, amenities, to organizing paperwork on the computer. She helped throw away stuff, give stuff to good will, pack up belongings to move to my abode. She helped coordinate my move with movers within a period of time. My kitchen was in major need of a decluttering and organizing overhaul. My cabinets were overflowing with pantry items, too many dishes/glasses, bakeware and mismatched tupperware. I couldn't find anything I needed and items were spilling out of shelves. Design and Order came to my rescue! I was given a consultation first to discuss my needs and concerns and then of course, a game plan. LeiLani helped me go through every single cabinet and not once did I feel overwhelmed. She was very calm and patient through a process that I should have felt frazzled by. Not only did I weed out all of the things I didn't need, but I was able to donate a lot of my items. I felt very good about a lot of the decisions I made while cleaning out and reorganizing my kitchen. She made the process smooth and simple for me. I felt relieved when I saw the end product of my kitchen and was so happy with all the organization and new space! LeiLani even gave me tips on how to keep my kitchen from getting cluttered again and a few recommendations on other projects in my house. I am one happy girl and I will definitely be using Design and Order's services again! Give them a try...you won't regret it!
I hired Margaret to organize and redecorate my family's vacation home on Cape Cod. She was very accommodating, willing to work within our limited budget and reuse items that had been hidden in storage for many years. She listened carefully to the opinions of different stakeholders and was able to synthesize our likes and dislikes into a cohesive whole. She worked extremely hard, long hours, and did most of the physical labor herself. By the end of it, the house was entirely transformed! Where there had previously been mismatched furniture and no cohesive aesthetic or structure , she made it look like an interior design magazine spread. She was also very thorough, completely removing items and cleaning where they had been before bringing anything back into the rooms, unlike other decorators I have worked with who really just moved things from one place to another. She was very good at sorting through items and helped us to let go of some of the things that we were just having trouble getting rid of. In the end, we don't miss anything we've gotten rid of and she helped us declutter the space over 50%. She is a patient and hard worker, but also able to tell it you directly, cutting through the emotional hold-ups that sometimes stand in the way of getting things done. Overall she was fantastic to work with, and clearly demonstrates an ability to work with many different kinds of space and styles. She brings a unique eye for design but is still able to work within your budget, whatever size it may be, and can entirely transform a space. It really helped us bring new life to a space that was becoming frankly, a dumping ground. I would absolutely hire her again, and would highly recommend her to friends, and have. We are so grateful to finally have our home meet our original hopes and intentions of having a relaxing, inviting, organized, vacation gathering space.
I was on spin cycle in closing up my late mother's apartment until I had the good fortune to meet the energetic , efficient and knowledgeable Zoe. She made the difficult and emotional chore of this undertaking less painful by her ability to sort through household items, identify value and help me sell and donate the contents of my mother's apartment. Her professional approach , work ethic and her warmth made the experience so much easier for me. I recommend her highly .
I hired Kiyomi on two separate occasions, first time to help me with decluttering and organize my kitchen and the second time when I was pregnant with my first born. she came to my house and help me organize her closet, hang curtain rods and a shelf, and build her crib. She also helped pick out paint colors for the perfect nursery decor as well! She is amazing at organization & interior design!
I used Flawless Finish to help reorganize my closet and it was the best thing I could have ever done! It felt so nice and calming to be able to look in my closet and actually be able to find what I needed when I needed it right then and there. Kristen was very thoughtful in the way she organized my things and it was very easy to work together as a team to find what would work best for me and my lifestyle (mom with two young boys). She also had some very creative ideas about where to put things and how to make everything fit without having it looked too cluttered which was key in my household. She not only helped me but she also showed me how to keep everything organized moving forward so I could learn how to keep it this way! She was just the absolute Best and I loved working with her! I would very Highly recommend her to anyone who could use some help organizing and/or decluttering their place! 😊

I contacted Lindsay out of desperation when I discovered that clutter had overtaken my apartment. Lindsay arrived at the appointed time and we began the process of decluttering. I was impressed that after only a few minutes, she had a vision for my living room. She worked non-stop until the room was finished. I found her to be very efficient and pleasant to work with. I booked a few more sessions to declutter other areas and I am very pleased with Lindsay's work. I highly recommend her for any home organization projects.
