Had a blast with XOXO EVENTZ at my family's annual reunion. This was great for all ages, kids, adults, and elders. Set up was fast, only took 15-20 minutes for one small girl to assemble the whole thing. Have to say I was a little impressed with the attendants skill set and patience with all the kids bombarding the props! Prints had Great Quality, Props were brand new before they were attacked by the children, and photo session was fast. We also ordered video messaging which was great for our reunion. We will definitely be ordering next year for our next family reunion. THANKS XOXO EVENTZ YOU ARE AWESOME!

Megan and her team go above and beyond to create a unique and personal experience for they clients. I have seen them in action on multiple occasions, and they do FAR MORE than just floral design. They are able to offer complete event coordination, wait staff, all sorts of goodies. They are prompt, courteous, efficient, and tireless in their efforts. They are unwavering in their commitment to excellence and work with a gracious, upbeat, and professional demeanor. Jessica and Dustin are AMAZING, hands down the best wedding planners we could have hired for our wedding and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. These two truly, truly love what they do, and the fact that they both went through planning their own wedding together speaks millions to their work chemistry. All of my friends, family, and other vendors who interacted with Jessica and Dustin had the same experience - they are wise, quick on their feet, detail oriented, and kind while still keeping everyone in line when needed. By the end of the night, we felt like Jessica was a part of our family. My biggest regret of the wedding was not hiring Jessica and Dustin earlier on in the planning. We hired 3LB as day of coordinators, but it is sooo worth having Jessica and Dustin around to help make decisions throughout the process. They are SO skilled at what they do, will take on any challenge you throw at them, and from the moment I spoke to Jessica, I knew I could trust her with everything. I am so beyond grateful to have found Jessica and Dustin, and am looking forward to the next family member to get married so I can work with them again!

Marie Stark was an absolute life saver at my wedding. To put things bluntly, I had a very difficult wedding party to work with and she was nothing but patient with them. Not only that, but she managed to turn my wedding dream into a reality. The entire process of working with Marie was incredibly calming which was refreshing considering how stressful wedding planning can be. I could not be happier with Marie as my wedding coordinator. She managed everything that I couldn’t on my wedding day and I am truly grateful for all of her efforts. I highly recommend her!

There are not enough words to thank Ricki! She came in and saved our day. We knew we needed a local wedding planner because we live out of state and arrived in California just two days before our wedding. Ricki had everything all planned and ready to go down to the last detail. She has a way of working with people as the neutral third party to make everything go smoothly so all venders are working together in a most congenial way. She worked with us, giving us the fairy tale wedding we imagined. On the day-of, she assisted with making sure everything was set up as we envisioned for this most special venue. I would highly recommend Ricki for the most accurate and attentive service. There is no way we could have done it without her!

BEST EVENT PLANNER, HANDS DOWN!!!! I hired Ingrid and her team last minute for decorations and event planning for a work party. By far, the best decision I've ever made. My wedding is in August, and I've went along and hired her for that event as well. She's proficient, efficient, and a visionary!! Her ideas are so thoughtful and personally organized! I am so impressed with her work and her expertise. She never ceased to amaze me. I got so many compliments on her flower arrangements and decorations that for so perfectly with the theme. I can't wait to see what she's got up her sleeve for my wedding in August. Also, this wasn't the first time I've hired Ingrid for an event. I hired her back in November 2015 for my MIL 50th birthday party. Her husband and herself, arrived much earlier for setup and made sure everything was the way we wanted it to look, before hey left the scene. They are so professional and such hard workers. I got a ton of compliments on their work that our family friend also hired her for her services for their wedding too! I will always refer Ingrid, without a doubt! She's my go-to person since Nov 2015.

Before my 55th birthday party if someone had asked me what was the best day of your life, I probably would have said my wedding day or when my kids were born. Well, after my amazing birthday celebration, I can honestly say the best day of my life was my 55th birthday party. Mari (8 D.A.Y.S. Events) did an absolutely fabulous job from finding the perfect location, to creating a delicious menu and specialty cocktails to hiring amazing entertainment. Our party theme was a combination of "Fifty Shades of Grey" and "Eyes Wide Shut" and we were going for classy but naughty. Mari totally took the theme and ran with it! I've had big birthday celebrations every 5 years since my 25th birthday. Thanks to Mari and her staff this party blew all my other parties away. My friends can't stop talking about it and I've heard the statement (too many times to count) that "This was the best party I've ever attended or will ever attend!" If you want to have a party that your guests will remember, then you should hire Mari at 8 D.A.Y.S. Events.

Planning for a wedding is very hectic, and with that you usually deal with either excellent or unsavory vendors. Georgia, from Bellissimo's flowers, gets a perfect 10 in our book. From the speed of her online responses, to the highly personable service, to her suggestions and her helping out with the final bill, no one can beat it. Annemarie was absolutely incredible! From our first interaction all the way through the wedding prep, timeline, and the actual wedding -- I couldn't imagine a more perfect person to work with. Annemarie is extremely detail oriented -- she streamlined communication with all of my vendors, she created a fine-tuned timeline, and always worked 10 steps ahead. I am very type-A personality, Annemarie put me at ease and significantly reduced my stress level throughout the whole process. Overall she exceeded expectations and made my wedding day perfect. Any bride would be so lucky to work with her!

Laura was such a blessing to work with! I hired her on to do a cooking lesson with a group of middle school aged girls and they loved her. She came early, set everything up, and brought all the supplies needed to make a delicious, healthy meal. She had a wonderful energy and gave the girls confidence to go home and create healthy dishes on their own. She also stayed after to answer questions and left our facility cleaner than when she got there. I will definitely be hiring Laura again for any future cooking needs!

Sanaz is a ROCK :) I spent almost one year of wedding planning with Events By Sanaz. So now that the wedding has passed, I miss them! Working with Sanaz & Nancy was intense, but in a good way. From the beginning she made sure to cover every single thing she could think of. We had a total of about 3 meetings in person with her. They were quite long and tiring, but every bit of it was important. For the day-of coordinating, that's the part I was most impressed with. Not only did we spend nearly a year of planning the day out, but she brought it all to life on our wedding day.

Let me preface by saying that I’m a first time bride that lives out of state with a 2 year old daughter. I am 150% sure that my wedding day would not have gone as smoothly and frankly, as perfect as it did if it weren’t for Kingdom Weddings & Events. This husband and wife team were absolutely wonderful to say the least. They were punctual, organized, and super sweet! There aren’t enough good things to say about Ishita. We hired Ishita as a “day-of-coordinator” for two of my wedding events and I could not be more glad. She is outstanding an exceeded her “day-of” duties exponentially. She participated in most of my vendor consultations, provided suggestions and advice that I would have never considered, and was an all-star on both the days. Her timeline was on spot- Not only did she create a timeline for both of my events, she even created a timeline for my third event as well, which we didn’t hire her for (I wish we had). She even created a ‘Guest Timeline’ for our guests who were visiting from out of state/country which put in the welcome gift basket. She stayed in constant communication via phone, text, and email. Best of all, on the wedding day everything was flawless and ran smoothly. I can't keep track of all the compliments we got about the wedding flowing so well. Ishita is very easy and great to work with, so friendly, so sweet and calm and very professional. She always stepped in during my bridezilla moments to calm me down. Here are a few examples of what Ishita accomplished for me: 1. She took all of our favors, gifts, table numbers, table name cards, etc. and ensured they were all setup before the event started. 2. She collected all of our gifts and other belongings and gave them to a family member. 3. She made sure our families ate and had a good time. 4. On the reception day, my husband and I didn’t get a chance to eat, she made sure she packed us some food to go. Who does that?? 5. She made sure we took pictures with all our families who were visiting from out state/county 6. She helped our decorator to insure everything was setup before the event were to start. 7. She and her husband (who is great as well) helped my sister with a skit/dance. I cannot recommend her enough! I feel so blessed to have met her. Not only is she a great event planner, she has become a great friend!

Karen is true to her company's name- a DREAM! It was such a joy to work with her, and having her calming presence around one of the most potentially stressful situations was a Godsend! We had a very unconventional ceremony and reception location, and she had incredible ideas that really saved the day- She organized and wrangled a complicated venue, all the while being so positive and calm. She is patient, structured, thorough, and just such a joy to be around! You can tell that she's seen it all, because nothing rattled her, and she had inventive solutions for every single hurdle we had: event flow, ceremony planning, venue snafus! We are so grateful and blessed to have this attentive, experienced planner coordinate our wedding, and you will be, too!!

Side by Side Design helped me with the interior design of my daughters teen room and were the party planners her bat mitzvah party. They did a wonderful job with everything - they were organized, had great communication with me and followed through the day of the event. Deuce was truly a lifesaver when it came to planning my husband’s 40th birthday party. I wanted something that would be unforgettable but still within my budget and Deuce was able to come through with everything I wanted and more. I consider myself a pretty creative planner but I definitely pale in comparison to Jackie’s creativity when it comes to decor, presentation, and making the whole event from start to finish very memorable for my husband. Jackie is one of the sweetest, most creative people I have met in this industry and I would recommend Deuce to ANYONE who is planning any event or party. It’s worth every penny spent. We hired Ginger as our Wedding Coordinator and were thrilled with the vast amount of experience, creativity and professionalism she brought to our whole wedding experience. Her many years of experience doing Visual Display & Merchandising at high-end department stores and event planning prepared her to produce an impressive yet affordable wedding. After our first discussion of my hopes for my wedding day, she came back with some of the same pictures of décor that I had-this showed me how effectively she had listened to my desires and was ready to implement them. She had an established rapport with the vendors which I valued so I could just enjoy my day while she handled all the logistics. Friends and family still mention how beautiful my wedding was and I give most of the credit to Ginger and her expertise!
