Jessica and Dustin are AMAZING, hands down the best wedding planners we could have hired for our wedding and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. These two truly, truly love what they do, and the fact that they both went through planning their own wedding together speaks millions to their work chemistry. All of my friends, family, and other vendors who interacted with Jessica and Dustin had the same experience - they are wise, quick on their feet, detail oriented, and kind while still keeping everyone in line when needed. By the end of the night, we felt like Jessica was a part of our family. My biggest regret of the wedding was not hiring Jessica and Dustin earlier on in the planning. We hired 3LB as day of coordinators, but it is sooo worth having Jessica and Dustin around to help make decisions throughout the process. They are SO skilled at what they do, will take on any challenge you throw at them, and from the moment I spoke to Jessica, I knew I could trust her with everything. I am so beyond grateful to have found Jessica and Dustin, and am looking forward to the next family member to get married so I can work with them again!
Franschell Williams has catered several of my events: from Medical Grand openings, Chubby Checker special event, High school reunions and fashion shows. Her Unique style and amazing decor is absolutely gorgeous. To top if off her food TASTES like no one elses!!!!! LOVE HER! :] Every event I had she gets several referrals because of her classy and uniques style! I have never used anyone else because she can't beat :]
I have had several events through Aimee and every one is better than the last! She is an amazingly creative and thoughtful planner, and her little details make the difference from great to fabulous! She has done my daughter's baby shower, 2 birthday parties and a family reunion and I will defintely ask her to orchestrate our next event!
Elle planned my family's annual reunion and it was amazing. I have a huge family and there is no way I could have planned it all on my own. Elle had it down to the tiniest detail. The set up was beautiful; she had family photos laid out. The food was beautiful set up and the music was appropriate. I highly recommend her services for any event.
We cannot thank Sassafras Events enough for the outstanding work they put into our wedding. They were there with us from the beginning- I wasn't someone who'd had my dream wedding already planned out. I didn't have a clear vision yet of a theme, style, venue, or even type of gown that I'd wanted. I went to sassafras events with only one thing I was positive about; I wanted to be surrounded by nature and the outdoors when I was married. To expand on that note, Tamara introduced me to Pinterest! It was the absolute best way to get a visual of the ideas I had surrounding our wedding. I spent time exploring, being inspired and pinning things both my husband I were excited about. Tamara was able to look at those and determine, spot on, a theme that we both loved. Tamara can do it all! She was there with me and my bridesmaids when I picked out my wedding gown - it only took 3 dresses to find the one :) She had vendors lined up, had all the research done on them and was able to find great fits for us. She was on top of it when it came to money management and stayed well within our set budget for the wedding. I was a hands on, DIY bride. Sassafras Events offered multiple workshops that allowed my friends, family and I to bond over crafting. We painted crates, wedding signs & mason jars, created a Mr. & Mrs. pennant, made escort and table cards, folded paper flowers, sewed pillows, and even designed our own floral arrangements. These workshops gave us time to complete wedding projects and also have a ton of fun with everyone that was there. During the wedding planning process, my husband was finishing up his last year of Law School and then studying day and night for the BAR exam. Needless to say, he did not have a whole lot of time to help with things wedding related. Sassafras Events made sure to keep him as involved as they could with his time limitations. They stepped in and created a loving and less stressful environment for us. They did a flawless job on coordination the day of the wedding- the only things we needed to worry about were to make sure we ate, got dressed and showed up to the venue. All vendor questions went to Sassafras staff, and there was a clear point person on the big day that handled any hiccups that came along the way. So again, we owe many, many thanks to Tamara Williams and her staff at Sassafras Events for the spectacular work done! We would happily recommend them to everyone we know :) Sarah VandeKamp
