What a Angel from Heaven. I live in San Diego and my daughter lives in Ventura. Trying to arrange a shower for her was a stressful situation for me until our Angel Paper Heart Events came to the rescue. She took on a lot, not knowing the bride or groom to be. This was to be a co-shower. Male and Female, another thing foreign to me. What an absolute joy it was working with Holly. Let me tell you what one Mother posted about the shower. I was not able to attend the shower but my daughter did and she hasn't stopped talking about what a FANTASTIC time she had. Thank-You Holly. Savannah was experienced, helpful, full of ideas and super on point the day of the wedding. I didn't have to worry about anything the day of, she set up everything beautifully and ran a super on time event, which was important to us. I would highly recommend Savannah for any event, she knows what she is doing and makes the days leading up to an event run smoothly. The only thing I could have done better is I wish I found her sooner than 4 months prior to my wedding!

There are not enough thank you's for Kelly and her work on our special day. It went smoothly and no one bothered us with benign questions. Kelly was there to handle everything and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves knowing we had her. She also made sure we had something to eat as most newlyweds forget to do this. She also made a garter from ribbon since it was misplaced. We highly recommend Kelly for any event you have as she will work with you to bring your vision to life.
We hired Elegant Eats for an anniversary party for 25 people and the experience was delightful! It was all Chef Jacquelyn said it would be and MORE!! The food was exceptional, service was professional, and Chef Jacquelyn was wonderful to work with. She took our ideas and expanded on them to make our event truly memorable. Professionalism is key. Keeping clear lines of communication, being transparent and authentic with each client and all vendors involved and following up in an organized way to assure everything is on point is absolute key as an event planner. I also make myself available to my clients throughout the planning process. I don't really have off hours and if I do you know in advance. I have developed a solid intake form which allows me the opportunity to really get to know my clients and I am impeccable with my word and follow through with every last detail. I enjoy staying current with clients as I feel it keeps me connected to what your needs are so when the day comes I can really execute the event above and beyond.
I am a photographer but also have a lot of experiences with events, so I can do both the planning of your events and the photography.
