From my first training I was hooked! Not only was Jamie entertaining, she gives the best workouts ever. What impresses me most is that she mixes up each session so it never gets boring. Another advantage, is that she individualizes her training to fit you!! I am a member of Spectrum and found myself doing the same boring workout, now I compliment what I continue to learn from Jamie and have more motivation to workout. She is also unbelievable intuitive. She can detect if you are doing something that may cause an injury, and quickly correct your form. You will not be disappointed, and I can guarantee that you will love the results!

Jennifer is an all-around great human being and an amazing trainer. I wanted to find a trainer that I felt comfortable with and one that would listen to my health goals. Jennifer immediately made me feel at ease. I instantly felt like I was working out with a friend, but a friend who pushes me and keeps me accountable. I never felt like "just another client" to her. She cares about my progress and always keeps in touch with me throughout the week. She is available to answer questions re diet in between session and will even provide “homework” when needed. Since I moved to Thousand Oaks and started driving an hour to LA every day, I just let any exercise fall off of my calendar. Too much work to get to the gym before the drive, anxious to get home after the drive. I let myself get so out of shape, that I was afraid of injuring myself if/when I started up again. I got tired, I got chubby & irritable. Something had to change. I made a commitment, but the easiest, no-excuses commitment I could come up with: I hired a trainer to come to my home 2 mornings per week, + Saturday at his private gym. Personally Designed Fitness has turned things around for me. I am stronger, I look better, I feel better. I’m less irritable, I sleep better. When it rained all last week; I would not have been going to the gym, or done a workout app on my phone. But I knew my trainer was coming TO MY HOUSE (no excuses!) to work out, so I got out of bed, got dressed, did my workout - and as usual, felt tons better once we were done! Personally Designed Fitness is ultra-professional: on-time, focused & my trainer knows what he is doing. Every time we’ve met to workout, I’ve been on the edge of thinking the workout was a bit too much for me. But it hasn’t been. It’s been much, much more than I would have made myself do, left to my own devices, but I’ve not been hurt or injured. I just have that sore feeling that lets you know you’re not wasting your time & you’re getting stronger. I’m considering buying sessions for my husband and daughter for Christmas. We all deserve an “accountabili-buddy” to help us hit our goals!
I needed a personal trainer to come to my home and help me get back on a work-out routine. Going to school on the evenings and being a stay at home mom made it difficult to dedicate time to work-out. Pamela came to my home 2x a week for 8 weeks and motivated me to push myself for 30-min sessions. That commitment jump-started my new exercise routine which I have incorporated into my busy lifestyle. She has a firm, yet sweet approach to motivate you which is a great combination to have especially when you want to give up on the last rep! She also provides weight-training equipment such as yoga mat, weights and medicine ball. At the end of the 8 weeks, I reduced my BMI!

I made the decision to train with Dani to accomplish a goal of finishing my first full marathon this year. We get together weekly for a training session and to review my accomplishments from the week prior. Her training is customized to my individual needs and she continually helps me to move forward with my fitness goals. When I was sick and ready to throw in the towel she gave me the belief I needed to get back to training. She holds me accountable to the goals that I have set for myself and she works with me to achieve them. Karen is lively, enthusiastic, encouraging, and likable. Not only is she true delight to train with, but she is so nice and chill to talk to. She makes workouts enjoyable! She brings the equipment to your house and will make each workout hard but fun. She really tries to understand where you are in each exercise so knows how far to push you without being aggressive. She really knows the right amount of push someone needs and will help you get where you want to be. I have seen my muscle tone improve! Before actually starting the workout, the first 15 minutes we either ran, jump-roped, or did agility ladders to get our hearts pumped! She really will makes workouts fun. One session she took me out to a 5k race and it was really amazing because I have never participated in a race before. She ran beside me and followed my pace and pushed me to my furthest ability. After that, I wanted to do more races. She does not judge in any way and will be there for you step by step. She challenged me in every session and encouraged my success. Karen is wonderful! I'm an athlete for a living and every time something hurts or feels off Brandon has been able to find the source of the issue and has coached me on how to heal. His keen understanding of the body is impeccable and has prevented me from horrible potential injury. His Neurokenetic training in conjunction with being a massage therapist allows him to test muscles that the brain has turned off and finds the real reason your hurting. Brandon is also a personal trainer and is able to then advise and coach on how to strengthen weak muscles that are causing the issue. I highly recommend him, I come to him before going anywhere else and highly advise you do the same!
