From my first training I was hooked! Not only was Jamie entertaining, she gives the best workouts ever. What impresses me most is that she mixes up each session so it never gets boring. Another advantage, is that she individualizes her training to fit you!! I am a member of Spectrum and found myself doing the same boring workout, now I compliment what I continue to learn from Jamie and have more motivation to workout. She is also unbelievable intuitive. She can detect if you are doing something that may cause an injury, and quickly correct your form. You will not be disappointed, and I can guarantee that you will love the results!

Krisztian is awesome! Have been training with Krisztian for several months now and he is the best trainer I've ever had for several reasons. Whatever your fitness level, he can help you achieve your goals! Not only is he knowledgeable, but he is very patient and listens to me! I have some special health issues going on and some old injuries and was nervous when we first started. From day one he has been super awesome. He has taken the time to create special workouts just for me; work around my bad days on the spot by modifying the routine if necessary; and encourages me rather than pushing me! He has been such a HUGE HELP. In addition to working with Krisztian, I have been looking forward to taking group classes again. I would not feel confident being able to even consider going back into a group class if it weren't for all the work he has done with me... He totally boosted my morale, made me feel happy, and reminded me that working out can actually be fun! My strength and flexibility have really improved and I feel so much better! From the beginning I knew Dani would be an exceptional trainer. She really listened to my fitness goals and then in our first session showed me how to achieve them. Weight loss, strength training and overall endurance. Two years later and I can't recommend Dani enough. Only be with her if you want serious training which is what I've received.
Justin kills it!!! He pushes you to your limit without it being too much and perfect for what works for you! He is right there by your side if you have any questions or concerns and within a month of training with him I have seen great results that make me keep wanting to train with him by my side. I am super greatful to have him as a trainer and a friend!

I have been swimming for 5 years now but have only taken up strength training this past swim season for college. I was always scrawny and not really muscular but with the help of Mitch and his work outs I am now gaining muscle and strength. I can see improvements in the way I swim and in my daily life - I feel good! With Mitch I have learned important life values like punctuality and being held accountable for the effort I put into my work.

Dan has been my trainer for 5 years. I have lost 90 lbs. in that time and kept if off! He is very creative and modifies my workouts when I need it. There are many training sessions that I do not think I will get thru them, beforehand. Dan gets me thru them all. He is a great trainer!
I made the decision to train with Dani to accomplish a goal of finishing my first full marathon this year. We get together weekly for a training session and to review my accomplishments from the week prior. Her training is customized to my individual needs and she continually helps me to move forward with my fitness goals. When I was sick and ready to throw in the towel she gave me the belief I needed to get back to training. She holds me accountable to the goals that I have set for myself and she works with me to achieve them. She is easy to communicate with and I believe the services she offers to me go above and beyond what one would expect from a running coach and personal trainer.
As a 56 year old active guy who won't slow down I tend to have lot of aches and pains. I had just had quite a spill on my dirt bike and was sore. I found Terence and he responded immediately. In fact he scheduled an appointment with me that same day. I splurged for 90 minutes and was worth every second. The next day my soreness had dissipated and I was back to the gym. I am going to make this a regular thing to keep my body in check and keep moving forward. Terence knows the right pressure, the proper technique and is incredibly friendly, I look forward to many more massages from Terence.

Sabra was such a pleasure to work with! I am pregnant for the first time and wanted someone who had experience with training during pregnancy! When I turned 50, I really began to notice how difficult it was to keep up with my 9 year old twins, mainly because of lower back pain. Since I've been training with Nick, not only can I keep up with the twins, but I'm able to initiate more activities with them without any back pain whatsoever. I loved Heidi's personalized exercise and nutrition plans. She helped me start strength training and establish a solid foundation for future fitness goals. She also helped me lose all my baby weight after my second child. I highly recommend Heidi as a coach. She is motivational and encouraging without being overbearing. She is quick to respond to clients as well. On one particular month I noticed it was very challenging for me to finish all the workouts in a timely matter. I brought this up with Heidi. She asked a few questions to assess the situation, then quickly tweaked my training schedule as needed. As for the nutrition, I still keep her quick and easy meal ideas near by.
There has been improvement in every session. I am so grateful to have found a trainer who has been successful in helping me break a year-long weight loss plateau. Her training includes nutritional advice together with diet modifications, cardio, strength training and most important, providing much needed motivation.
Dan is an amazing MAT trainer! I wouldn't go to anyone else. He is well-trained and very experienced. I wish I would have known about MAT years ago. Trust me, you will see and feel the difference compared to anything else!

I'm an athlete for a living and every time something hurts or feels off Brandon has been able to find the source of the issue and has coached me on how to heal. His keen understanding of the body is impeccable and has prevented me from horrible potential injury. His Neurokenetic training in conjunction with being a massage therapist allows him to test muscles that the brain has turned off and finds the real reason your hurting. Brandon is also a personal trainer and is able to then advise and coach on how to strengthen weak muscles that are causing the issue. I highly recommend him, I come to him before going anywhere else and highly advise you do the same!
I will personally instruct you at your location in a series of yoga techniques and practices that can greatly improve your strength and flexibility! I can also teach you breathing and relaxation techniques to help you relieve stress and learn how to relax. I have been a yoga instructor for over 20 years, and I adjust the routine to the level that the student is comfortable with.
