I made a last minute request for bistro lights two days before my event, since my previous vendor fell ill. Brian was an absolute professional who was quick, responsive and executed the job on time, flawlessly. His quote was the most cost effective compared to other vendors. Holiday Lighting Installation and Removal
BWiebe Events saved the day! A last minute hotel booking was needed and I was worried my kids wouldn't be able to have a tree for Christmas. I posted a quick request and within a few minutes i was contacted. Initial contact was late Friday night and thankfully the very next day they were able to bring and completely set up a beautiful Christmas tree with lights around hotel room, and decorated the kids bedroom with a Christmas tree and lights as well. My kids were so thrilled and full of excitement that Christmas magic made this possible even if we were away from home. I'm very thankful and will recommend this company to others.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is based on equipment, labor and a fuel surcharge. All estimates have an itemized breakdown with our rates for each. Our standard hourly rate for labor is $45 and overtime rate is $67.50. Anything after 10PM is considered overtime. To avoid labor and fuel fees, you may choose to pick up the equipment from our warehouse in Santa Clara. Be sure to mention you found us on Thumbtack for special discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our team always starts with a preliminary quote. We will work with you to adjust the quote to reflect your exact needs and fit within your budget! When you are ready to book, we ask for a 50% downpayment at least 48 hours prior to your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?BWiebe Events is fully insured and follows strict safety standards so your event can be worry free. Our staff is professionally trained on all of our equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
