I contacted BWiebe Events short notice for a prayer service in a church as we needed A/V for a slideshow. Brian was super responsive and understanding, and knew exactly what we needed for the night of. He and his colleague were prompt, professional and helpful. His rates were extremely reasonable and within our budget. Set up and strike were quick and efficient. I was so grateful to find them, especially last minute. 100% recommend their work.

Brian did a phenomenal job. He takes great pride in his work- it’s not about the money for this professional. Gave us much more than we asked for, was punctual, got the lighting and audio video stuff for our son’s grad party done well on time. Every looked and sounded great - I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to friends.
The lighting for our private party event was fabulous. It hit the mark, and really made the party special. Brian was quick to respond, on time, and super-pro about it all. And the quality of the lighting was just right, with uplights, pin spots, and dance floor lighting, all in the right colors. I will use them again when I need event lighting.

I recently worked with Brian at BWiebe Events for an install. His technician, Ryan, is a personable, likeable, and highly competent engineer. Amazing guy and an asset to the Company. The project needed to be canceled part way into the project (unforeseen), and Brian was extremely responsive and professional. He also provided an immediate refund. I rented 3 gobo lights. 2 with decorative gobos and the other for my personalized monogram. Also, rented 3 stands along with extension cords. Brian was really helpful during the whole period of time working together. I gave him information on the space and he was able to calculate the proper lens needed. Very nice and humble guy. Totally recommend his service!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on equipment, labor and a fuel surcharge. All estimates have an itemized breakdown with our rates for each. Our standard hourly rate for labor is $55 and overtime rate is $82.50. Anything after 10PM is considered overtime. To avoid labor and fuel fees, you may choose to pick up the equipment from our warehouse in Santa Clara.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team always starts with a preliminary quote. We will work with you to adjust the quote to reflect your exact needs and fit within your budget! When you are ready to book, we ask for a 50% downpayment at least 48 hours prior to your event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BWiebe Events is fully insured and follows strict safety standards so your event can be worry free. Our staff is professionally trained on all of our equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
