The lighting for our private party event was fabulous. It hit the mark, and really made the party special. Brian was quick to respond, on time, and super-pro about it all. I rented 3 gobo lights. 2 with decorative gobos and the other for my personalized monogram. Also, rented 3 stands along with extension cords. Brian was really helpful during the whole period of time working together. I gave him information on the space and he was able to calculate the proper lens needed. Very nice and humble guy. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is based on equipment, labor and a fuel surcharge. All estimates have an itemized breakdown with our rates for each. Our standard hourly rate for labor is $45 and overtime rate is $67.50. Anything after 10PM is considered overtime. To avoid labor and fuel fees, you may choose to pick up the equipment from our warehouse in Santa Clara. Be sure to mention you found us on Thumbtack for special discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our team always starts with a preliminary quote. We will work with you to adjust the quote to reflect your exact needs and fit within your budget! When you are ready to book, we ask for a 50% downpayment at least 48 hours prior to your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?BWiebe Events is fully insured and follows strict safety standards so your event can be worry free. Our staff is professionally trained on all of our equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
