I was leaving the bar in Hermosa Beach and as soon as I pulled put the parking lot I was immediately pulled over and the police office claimed I was driving reackless and wanted me to come out of my vehicle. My cousin and I asked him how could I have been driving reckless if I just pulled out the parking lot. He didn't answer and just asked me to get out the car and take a sobriety test and the breathalyzer and was put in jail over night and my company car was impounded. Because my company car was impounded I lost my corporate job and I was charged with a dui. Literally a collateral damage began as I wasn't able to even keep my apartment in Redondo Beach so I lost everything. After losing everything I've worked so hard for I reached out to Nicole, the attorney at the Gutteriez Law Office in Torrance ca, and she was absolutely amazing. She wasn't just knowledgeable about the law, but was extremely empathetic towards NY entire situation. She maid me feel really comfortable about speaking about everything that transpired without feeling embarrassed or ashamed. Nicole was able to get me a miracle deal at the arraignment phase without having even received the discovery packet until that morning from the prosecution and got it reduced to exhibition of speed, probation, and a 12 hour class. No DUI on record, doesn't count as a prior no insurance hike, no jail, no thousands in fees, no four month AA class instead just three. Even the public defender was shocked by Nicole's outstanding performance at the arraignment. I just want anyone with any type of criminal issues to know that if you go through the Gutteriez Law office you have a worrier in the law that's on your side out of Nicole. Thanks to Nicole I've started to feel as if I'm starting to get my life back. Nicole is definitely an attorney that cares about the clients she represents.

Found Charla's contact info on some rental listing so I just sort of lucked out I guess. She immediately responded with several nice options to choose from and we narrowed it down to just a few. Her timely responses and 'no nonsense' attitude helped me secure a great apartment that was getting heavy interest in addition to myself. If you want someone to get it handled for you and you're not a big fan of wasting time, don't bother calling anybody else. :)
I moved to Glendale, CA from out of state in 2011 and S.I.G. was the first and only property management company I needed to deal with. From the time I moved in, all throughout the four years I lived in my apartment, they were always very accommodating, but to be honest I rarely ever had to communicate with them. In my opinion, this is the best relationship you can have with a landlord! On the rare occasion(once, maybe twice in 4 years) that I did need help with something, they were always very easy to reach through phone or email and would send maintenance out the same day. I've since moved out of the area, but when I return, there's nobody else I would go to for a place to live than S.I.G. Thanks again S.I.G. and I hope to be back soon!
I met Nikki Sweet when I was working for Dorothy Dunn as her personal assistant, and she (Nikki) was Dorothys property manager for Dorothys 2 city blocks of property, which included 15 single family dwellings, 2 duplexsand 1 apartment bldg. Not only was working with Nikki always a pleasure, I noticed that she had a great working relationship with ALL the Tenants and specifically all the vendors that worked on the property. From the handyman, to the plumber, to the gardener. Even the mailman knew Nikki by name. I had witnessed, on many occasions were Nikki would not only resolve a problem with efficiency and professionalism, but that should would go way above the normal call of duty and make sure that all parties were satisfied with whatever the outcome was. I also witnessed her obtaining that the best prices for whatever services were needed from vendors (plumber, exterminator, etc) with her vast knowledge of what is reasonable and her infallible negotiating skills. If I owned property and was in need of a property manager extraordinaire, I would not hesitate to contact Nikki Sweet.
I rented from randy it was a good experience, randy was always available both by phone and when his presence was needed at the apartment. Her was honest and always tried to get any repairs done as quickly as possible. More important randy is an honest man I trusted him to do the best he could on any problems I had.

When I decided to give it a go and sell my house, I did not even know where to start. As the internet serves a plethora of ideas, I came upon Fab Homes LA. I really liked what I saw on the website but was skeptical on hiring somebody over the internet. From the initial contact, Frances put my skeptic self at ease. What a great experience I had working with Jonathan Vaknin on my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. He is professional, attentive and very thorough.
