Kendall is an incredible trainer, and I can honestly say she has changed my life over the past six months. She really listens to your goals and helps you achieve them. Kendall knows how to push you without being obnoxious or intimidating like trainers I have often witnessed at gyms. If there is an exercise that I am struggling with, Kendall always knows several variations that allow me to work the same muscle and feel successful and confident while doing so. She really knows what she's talking about and is extremely knowledgable about weight lifting, dieting, and overall health and fitness. Kendall also changes up her workouts so you're not doing the same workouts week after week. We work on all the major muscle groups while incorporating HIIT (High Intensity Interval Trianing) workouts at least once a week which is great for fat loss. She has helped me gain and maintain muscle tone all over! I have noticed great results since I've started working with Kendall. I have been training with Felipe since 2010. Before I started training with him, my workouts only consisted of high-intensity cardio kickboxing. After training with Felipe, I realized that while I was fit, I was not strong. Now I get a great mix of cardio and strength training. One of my goals was to be able to do a pull-up on my own. Now I'm strong enough to do 5 in a row! I love the workouts that Felipe creates. Every day is different and he is constantly adding new things to keep it interesting. His workouts can consist of hitting a tire with a sledge hammer, pushing a car in a parking lot, lifting weights, or TRX exercises. And that's just a sampling of it. It changes all the time. He is also a big believer in having correct form. Doing the workout correctly is more important to him than how many reps you can do. Ryan's been my instructor for core and circuit training classes. He does an excellent job of teaching you the basics (i.e. proper form/techniques) and ramps up the intensity & types of exercise as you get into better shape (beginner, intermediate, advanced). He knows when to push you and when to back-off. A great work-out in less than 1-hr.
James "Intensity" Terry is an outstanding personal trainer, team leader, motivator and educator. James trained me using weights, proper CrossFit exercises, martial arts (under the leadership of my husband, and his Coach, CUNG LE), and his own brand of Intensity training! During my difficult pregnancy James inspired me to do whatever I could and had me back to sumo squats by my second trimester. James leads while jumping in and doing the exercises with you allowing you to go beyond what you have ever done before. Training is about pushing yourself but limiting exposure to injury. James Terry is one of my favorite trainers of all time. My husband, Cung Le, only allowed James to hold mitts for me, when he wasn't able to. That in itself speaks volumes!
Rashad took time out to find out my main goals and challenges. One of my concerns was whether I could reconnect to a previous level of athleticism. I played basketball and ran track throughout high school and college. I'm well out those years, but that doesn't mean that I'm any less competitive. Unfortunately, I injured my back two years ago and I haven't quite to back into the groove of regular workouts at a high intensity. Rashad gave me an action plan to ease back into some of this, while also giving me the straight talk about adaptations I need to make and expectations I should keep in mind.
Cheryl is a fantastic trainer. She listens to me but still pushes me to try harder. She is very creative with her workouts and I rarely do the same exercise twice. Most of her exercises don't use machines which I like. Not only is Cheryl a fantastic trainer but she is a very nice person also. I enjoy working out with her.
Working out with Joe has changed my life. I am down nearly 40 pounds in 4 months but, more importantly, I am stronger and more fit person today thanks to Joes workouts. I've been training with Pedro for four months. When I started, I was recovering from workout related back and elbow injuries. Pedro's background experience in kinesiology and personal training were exactly what I needed to successfully rehabilitate my injuries and return to being able to enjoy working out. Every Monday and Wednesday a half dozen or so women gather at a local park for an amazing workout/boot camp. The training always includes cardio and core with alternating days of leg work out, arms and whole body. The training is directed and Vanessa pays close attention to intensity and form. She is quick to adjust an exercise if it is beyond an individual's skill and strength! I've been working out with Vanessa for six months and have gotten much stronger! The work outs are fun and never routine. I'm past 65 years old and the rest of the gals are from 35 to 50! Vanessa is amazing in her coaching and training. She is patient yet not afraid to push and challenge! I highly recommend working with her. The only thing that could make it better if she could just control the weather.
Ben is, by far, one of the most professional and dedicated personal trainers I’ve ever met. For starter, he is always punctual and responsive. (Can’t tell you how many times I’ve had a personal trainer cancelled on me last minute.) More importantly, Ben is extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He actually dedicates his time and energy to tailor personalized workout programs that are not only specifically aim to reach my goals, but also accommodating to my body condition. Throughout each training session, Ben always pays extra attention to my techniques for potential improvements. Furthermore, he always manages to come up with different variations of movements to ensure that I can train in the safest and most effective way possible. Thomas is a phenomal trainer, I would rate my overall expierence with him as an 11/10. His multi-faceted training approach targets everything from nutrition, personalized training regamines, recovery and supplementation. My sessions have included strength and interval training as well as self defense martial arts. I work in law enforcement and found a necessity to upgrade my hand to hand techniques which Thomas as helped me greatly improve. After several sessions with Thomas I was able to learn his diverse background in the fitness realm, from high school athlete to professional mixed martial artist. His training sessions were very specific to my need, and extremely intense as well. Not only is he an excellent coach that talks the talk with an encyclopedia of knowledge, he walks the walk. I had just overcome pneumonia and had lost about 10lbs; Dan not only helped me create a reasonable high-calorie diet to regain the weight, but also explained the pros and cons of cardiovascular exercises vs strength training, and how they play into my already high metabolism. His wealth of knowledge in nutrition and fitness was astounding! To the point that I regained the weight in about a month, started taking daily vitamin supplements combined with regular outdoor walking exercise, and included great options for stress management. Due to its success, this has become my health & wellness regime for the past two years.

Ayelette is an excellent trainer and personal fitness coach who teaches fitness, diet and overall health. She is personable and genuinely cares about her clients. Her knowledge base is unparalleled and she tailors programs to fit her clients' respective needs. I have done private and group sessions with her, and have found both to be effective and rewarding. Every session is educational, fun, and engaging. As a former Division I athlete, I look for a certain level of intensity to my workouts. Ayelette delivers that in spades. However, she has also been able to design workouts to fit my rehab needs (post reconstructive knee surgery). Since training with her, I feel stronger, more energized, and better about my overall health.
