JJ and I have started an intense workout regimen that quite frankly is kicking my a@%... but is exactly what I need to get back into shape both in muscle tone and cardiovascular stamina. He is at once approachable and friendly, he doesn't shout but will hold you to pushing yourself as far as you can go, and then a little more. If you are committed to getting into shape, I HIGHLY recommend meeting up with JJ. He is also extremely knowledgeable regarding nutrition and will literally answer any nutrition questions I have as often as I have them throughout the day via text in a very quick manner. I also really love the variety of workouts he has led me through: weigh training, intense cardio, interval training, boxing/martial arts... I'm pretty convinced he can do anything. Three things you should know: 1. You will sweat... a lot! 2. You will be sore... really sore. 3. You will have a good time through it.
If you want someone with a great deal of experience, knowledge-base, innovative workouts, rigor, and a great personality all in one, OJ is your go-to trainer. He comes from a solid background of various sports, training athletes, and the newest, most beneficial workouts to meet individual needs. I am highly impressed and would recommend him to anyone interested in a trainer that knows his trade and takes pride in helping his clients meet their goals.
I really enjoyed my sessions with Hugo– he’s calm, knowledgeable, and listens to what your goals are and what you want out of a personal training experience. Hugo is focused on helping me achieve my goals and designs every session to be challenging (& somehow fun). Since meeting Hugo, it’s the first time I’ve ever looking forward to training in a gym. Time passes quickly and the sessions varies. He also provides a rounded service, focusing on nutrition as well as exercise so that I achieve my goals quicker. I’m definitely seeing a difference and getting more toned which is exactly what I wanted.
Ted is the best on private training and also is gifted with healing hands, which worked wonders for my wife. Will recommend him A+

Paul is a great Personal Trainer. I've been training with him for the last 5 years or so and have seen a lot of improvement in my physique and heatlh. His training ethics and interpersonal skills are bar none! He's the best!
Manuk isn't an ordinary trainer. He pays close attention to your needs and goals and tailors the work out plan accordingly. I loved the different work out plans each and every time which helped me like working out. One of the main reasons Manuks training works for me is because he motivates and inspires me every time. The key for me was to stay consistent.
I needed to hit the gym but just wasn't motivated. I saw Vinny training a client and liked how he included a lot of boxing and kickboxing. After 18 30-minute sessions, I have to say I feel great. Vinny knows his stuff! There is no doubt that he is aware of all the techniques. He doesn't promote any products and is always willing to help you. I would 100% recommend him to anyone reading this. He increased my cardio ability as well as strength. He determined that a full body workout was the way to make me lose weight and gain muscle. He was right, as usual. Seriously, stop looking for a trainer and call Vinny!
So many times I have tried to lose the weight that I gained over the last 10 years. I wanted to feel that confidence again when I looked at my body in the mirror. I have tried many diets, gym memberships, DVDs and other trainers. I crossed paths with Meghan through my daughter and it was one of the best things that could have happen to me. I was at a low point with feeling that I was never go to lose the weight and would probably never get back the confidence. Meghan was my trainer for 4 months and in that time I found someone that not only knows whats she is talking about but each and every time I trained with her she was not only my motivational support in my physical growth but emotional as well. She helped me look in the mirror and not see all the imperfection but all the wonderful accomplishments I was making with my strength and cardio training! Meghan loves what she does and it shows in the way she lives and in the way she lets you know she is invest in YOU, it not just a job to her. She will walk you through a grocery store and teach you what to look for, she will text or email you recipes, she will educate you on workouts and she will teach you about the importance of a healthier you rather than a thinner you, that will come with just learning to be healthy. My knowledge on exercise and food has come so far and I have been working on my own using the tools she taught me to continue toward my overall goal. This time I know I will reach them and the game changer was her.
Sandy is not your typical trainer but shes a good one! She doesnt yell at you and push you until you cry. Rather she counts your reps, cracks a joke, or talks to you to make the session time pass quickly. She keeps things from getting stale by never doing the exact same exercises in consecutive meetings. Sandy knows so many exercise variations that she will adapt your training if you dont like a particular exercise or want to focus on improving one thing or another. She is also one of the few trainers that is willing to come to your house or a local park to train you. I highly recommend her. Shell get you into better shape if youre willing to put in the effort too.
The personal training with Chris was very effective and good fun. He developed a specialized training routine for strength and coordination for me. Besides that he was friendly and professional. I will definitely book more sessions with him and would recommend him to everybody for personal trainings.
This place has done wonders for me. Phil is an excellent trainer who has a ton of experience in bodybuilding and overall body transformations. When Phil first started training me in 2012 I was 180lbs at about 15% bf I am currently 225lbs at about 12% body fat. I attribute almost all of my success to Phil's training and nutritional advice. I recently moved to Northern California and I call Phil on a daily basis for training advice. I have yet to meet a trainer like him.

Kelly helped me get into shape right before I became pregnant. She helped me focus on a work-out plan that fit well with my goals and what I wanted to achieve. She also customized a monthly meal plan exclusively for me and my interests. I couldn't be more happy with her dedication to push me when I needed the drill sergeant trainer, but also balance it out and be supportive when I was not feeling well or sick and needed to take things slow. Another plus factor with Kelly is that she LOVES dogs. We incorporated workouts that helped me focus on myself, without feeling guilty or losing out on time I could spend with my dog outdoors. Kelly is super professional, educated and experienced in personal training. I would recommend her to any of my closest family and friends.
With Miss. Speede, I have had a pleasure working out to reach my fitness goals. I simply wanted to start becoming more active since I started working from home, I have been at home staring at my computer all day, it was not healthy at all. Besides, my high school reunion was coming up, so I met her through a friend of mine whose friend was or still is training with her and heard good things about her. First session and free consultation were great. But I was still nervous as I have never had a trainer before. I went to her gym for our first session, and I knew my body was feeling the lazy muscles which I hadn't used for a long time, but afterwards, I just felt so great. Her sessions have been great, I meet her once/twice a week now (used to 4 times a week) just to maintain my current weight and stay active. I was never an out of shape person and more of a skinny sort of girl, and I wanted to get some nice curvy butt before the reunion, and within 2 months with her workout and nutrition plans, I could tell my butt got lifted. I am keeping track on the changes Ive been making on my iphone, but man, do I look better now? Yes. I am confident and my friends at reunion also asked if I was working out. My arms also getting toned. I know things don't come over night, and I will keep on training with her to see if I can over achieve my goal :) So far, so great with this energetic trainer!
I highly recommend Luis as your personal trainer. I am a female who has worked out with him for over a year now. He promised me I wouldn't 'bulk' up, but rather slim down and get more toned. He was correct! I am down several sizes and still going. The personal one-on-one training is great and his positive attitude keeps me coming back for more!
I've known and trained with Donna for several years now. I can assure you, you won't meet a trainer more committed to your well-being and goals than Donna Milazzo. She's a total pro and understands the ins and outs of kinesiology, nutrition and overall health. She'll push you far, but she'll never push you too far. She's tough as nails yet she's kind. Coach Sarah's method is - not to be dramatic - life changing. After motherhood changed my body completely, my only goal in teaming up with Sarah was to "get feet on pavement" as she said. Literally that's all I wanted -- Accountability and motivation to get me out jogging. Then it turned into a 10k race that I won medal that said "top 100 female finisher" (not many people at the race but it's still a victory!) which now turned into half marathon training! In 2009, I said to myself "never running a half marathon again" after my first Disneyland Half, and in 4 weeks I'll run my 2nd. All because her method restored this mamma's "runner's high." She's sweet, incredibly encouraging, but tough! Thank you coach for giving me back my love of running!
