I hired Haute Productions for a private cooking class for a bachelor party event, and we had the best time. Keith was an awesome teacher and host, he made the experience wonderful. Everyone had a blast and it was the best part of the entire weekend. Not to mention the fact that the food was awesome! I would highly recommend using Haute Productions for any event you may have.

Laura is working for me as a chef and teacher for teens of all ages. She has an incredibly large class and manages delegating cooking responsibilities to each of them, deals with classroom management, teaches different cooking techniques, explains recipes and how to tweak them when necessary and creates incredible dishes with these teens. Each week the class size is different and she manages the change. The teens have fun with her as she is attentive engaging. She teaches kitchen safety and is super creative with the minimal kitchen equipment she has to work with at our synagogue. She brings and cooks healthy recipes as well as themed and cultural recipes. She not only teaches a teen cooking class but she leads special cooking activities for group retreats and incorporates the outside community that benefits others when she led a cooking class for teens and the local firemen. Laura is an artist and her art is cooking and teaching cooking to so many.

I have had the pleasure to know Rebekah for over 5 years now and have experienced her amazing vegan dishes. I also have attend many of her cooking classes that are not only tasty but teaches you about nutrition and how to make vegan dishes that look and taste so satisfying that you don’t even miss eating meat and best of all good for you! In addition, I have also hired her to cater my parties. Her professionalism and thought that goes into the menu planning was beyond my expectations. The presentation of the food was so delightful and delicious. Some of my favorite dishes are the spring rolls with house made peanut sauce, vegan crab cakes and her famous raw lasagna! I highly reccomend her for all your catering needs and to take her cooking lessons, you will not be disappointed!

His knowledge was amazing. He was able to breakdown, in an easy to understand way, the science, and the art of cooking. What was also great was that he didn't just teach recipes, he taught the different principles of cooking and because of that I can create great, delicious dishes from scratch, not matter what I have in the fridge. My mind was blown when we covered salads. I didn't know there was another side of salads that made it more enticing and more high class. (see picture below) Overall, Chef Know-It-All is an amazing, artful chef that has the ability to make others fall in love with cooking. He's patient, insightful, and heavily invested in the student's progress and success. Every question I had, he answered. And every hurdle I had, he helped me get over it. Oh and did I mention it was fun! He taught me some flair tricks that the professionals use to make cooking fancy. Now I'm flipping sauces, cooking with big fires, and sprinkling flourishes left and right! I simply can't enough. 5 out of 5 stars for me.

"I have been trying to get Ed Masciana to teach for ages so that I can take his classes. He is a marvelous cook (chef), teacher, who in addition to knowing Italian food and cooking techniques, has an extensive knowledge of other cuisines---American, French--and the chemistry of food/cooking. I was lucky enough to have Ed teach me the essentials of stock making---fish, chicken, beef and then, how to use the results to make marvelous (the best I ever had and not the usual tomato heavy) cioppino. This lesson taught me how incorporating home made stock elevated whatever soups, braises, etc I would attempt. He also showed me sautéing techniques, imparting a thoughtful approach to sautéing vegetables (and meat/fish as well) based on their density and structure. (I'm still learning, but this was an invaluable lesson.) Ed is a great teacher. He is easy to learn from. He's considerate, imparts skills naturally, with a good sense of humor, so one learns without feeling intimidated. As far as the "being on time" question, that does not even come into play. He's a real teacher with professional standards. He's there to teach when this is called for.

Vegan cooking has never been as fabulous as when Porsche is the one serving up cruelty free dishes. She makes healthy - usually soy free - meals for my boss Russell Simmons and myself on the regular. Teresa took time to understand my needs and what I wanted to get out of my experience with her. She also spent a lot of time personalizing our day together and being thoughtful about how to schedule and plan it all out so that I got the most out of it. I learned a ton of tips since we went through the entire process, from picking out my ingredients through preparation. Teresa was willing to answer any question (no matter how silly) I had along the process and adjust to any changes I requested. Teresa is really knowledgable and experienced, as was evident throughout my time with her. I would 100%, no doubt, hire Teresa for many more cooking experiences/classes in the future. I definitely feel more confident in the kitchen after spending a day with her.
