I've been training Krav classes elsewhere but not getting the results I wanted. Now my punches, kicks, maneuvers, and techniques are on point.

I have hired Manuk as my personal trainer because I'm Sweatin' for the Wedding. My wedding is in a couple of months and after searching for several private instructors I picked Manuk. Why? Because he guaranteed me results in a healthy way. No gimmicks. I've been training with Manuk for a little over 2 months and I have lost a healthy 15 pounds! I feel so energetic after workouts and Manuk is there to motivate me for every step, every jump, every mountain climber, every push up I do. Manuk is also flexible with his schedule which is always a plus for someone who is busy planning a wedding! He also keeps track of my food log. Excellent coach, he's very committed, enthusiastic but respectful at the same time. I have been training with him for two months now and since the first week I could see results. Sandy is not your typical trainer but shes a good one! She doesnt yell at you and push you until you cry. Rather she counts your reps, cracks a joke, or talks to you to make the session time pass quickly. She keeps things from getting stale by never doing the exact same exercises in consecutive meetings. Sandy knows so many exercise variations that she will adapt your training if you dont like a particular exercise or want to focus on improving one thing or another. She is also one of the few trainers that is willing to come to your house or a local park to train you. I highly recommend her. Shell get you into better shape if youre willing to put in the effort too.
The personal training with Chris was very effective and good fun. He developed a specialized training routine for strength and coordination for me. Besides that he was friendly and professional. I will definitely book more sessions with him and would recommend him to everybody for personal trainings.

I began training with Idrise as part of a wellness program provided by one of my health care providers after reaching age 65 and getting on medicare. Without a regular exercise program, I knew I was neglecting something very critical and endangering my long term health and wellness. Idrise has completely changed that for me. He immediately understood my needs and my capabilities - my strengths and weaknesses. Jennifer is an all-around great human being and an amazing trainer. I wanted to find a trainer that I felt comfortable with and one that would listen to my health goals. Jennifer immediately made me feel at ease. I instantly felt like I was working out with a friend, but a friend who pushes me and keeps me accountable. I never felt like "just another client" to her. She cares about my progress and always keeps in touch with me throughout the week. She is available to answer questions re diet in between session and will even provide “homework” when needed. She is so energetic and sweet that I actually look forward to working out with her! Jennifer knows how to mix things up so that I don't get bored, strength training, circuits, cardio, weights, to name just a few. We never fall into a routine or gut stuck in a rut. She brings different work out equipment for us to use and challenges me at every session pushing me further than I ever imagined. Kelly helped me get into shape right before I became pregnant. She helped me focus on a work-out plan that fit well with my goals and what I wanted to achieve. She also customized a monthly meal plan exclusively for me and my interests. I couldn't be more happy with her dedication to push me when I needed the drill sergeant trainer, but also balance it out and be supportive when I was not feeling well or sick and needed to take things slow. Another plus factor with Kelly is that she LOVES dogs. We incorporated workouts that helped me focus on myself, without feeling guilty or losing out on time I could spend with my dog outdoors. Kelly is super professional, educated and experienced in personal training. I would recommend her to any of my closest family and friends.

When I talked to her over the phone just to do basic free consultation with her, I already knew that she was knowledgeable and I had some good feelings about doing a first session with her. I have been training with her for about 5 months, I was seeing her 3 to 4 times a week first, but now, seeing her once a week as she has given me enough confident to do right training on my own, and seeing her once/twice a week still helps me to see that Im steadily staying active and keeping my ideal weight. I had a big belly (whoops) and I wanted to get rid of it and start eating healthy and living healthy. Seeing her 4 times a week for the first month and half (maybe for like 2 months or 3 months actually) really helped me to squeeze myself. I realized how my ideas about "healthy eating" was not actually that healthy at all by getting meal plans by her. Also, her training is hard yet not boring. She does all kinds of sports and is good at incorporating them into conditioning. She will push you, and if you are the type of person who gives up so easily, she may just drop you, as she is a warrior and she loves people that have 'can do attitude'. She is there to reach your goals, but if you don't have the attitude to change your life, then there is nothing anyone can do for you. She tells all the time, YOU have to want it bad enough and I will help you to get there. But if your heart is not there, I can't help you. She is right, and she has motivated me in so many ways, and these days, I feel like I get attentions from ladies while walking into a store or walking down the street. I feel good and I know I look so much better than before. If you feel like getting trained by a warrior who knows how to make you like a warrior (I mean to reach your goals, not to train to go to war or anything..), contact her.
I've trained on and off with mallory for years. Her workouts are always creative and challenging. We managed to work beyond my goals in the past and we are working towards that again. I always feel motivated and my questions are always answered in detail. I hardly have many questions because she is thorough and usually gives an example of exactly what not to do. Pamela came to my home 2x a week for 8 weeks and motivated me to push myself for 30-min sessions. That commitment jump-started my new exercise routine which I have incorporated into my busy lifestyle. She has a firm, yet sweet approach to motivate you which is a great combination to have especially when you want to give up on the last rep! She also provides weight-training equipment such as yoga mat, weights and medicine ball. At the end of the 8 weeks, I reduced my BMI!
