They say you get what you pay for but with windows it pays to ask the right questions. They have a great system of features setup and when we asked other competitors to match their product, they came in a little to a lot cheaper than the competition. Windows cost a lot and have to work year round. Why settle for a cheap lowes/home depot product when you could go for a better quality, but still fair priced product. I will and have sent all my family to these guys. Best experience I've had using thumbtack."See more

Don't use Pavel Project Co for door installation. DON'T EVER PAY DEPOSIT IN ADVANCE He is not honest He brought old, damaged door instead of new door (pre-hung)/ Poor workmanship - no preparation for covering for jobs/ no cleanup of dust and scraps. - Damaged our floor and walls - No leveling of door. instead, he used poor patching and caulking for big gaps - Too big of door gaps by wrong measuring and cutting of door Poor communication - he keeps denying any issues. He never took corrective action. Bad attitude Terrible door installer!

Jose and his crew arrived early to install 2 bifold doors in an archway. Finished that same day however the lock didn't work. He was notified and said he would come the next day but didn't show. A couple weeks later the wood on the bottom of one doors split. Again said he would repair but didn't show.

First of all, Luis. Seems like a nice guy. Unfortunately, his work is less than perfect. He hung an interior door, and it is not level. He also installed some molding with staples, not finishing nails. I wouldn't use him again.

No communication, I had to cancel due to an unexpected medical emergency.. and asked if we can reschedule. I was told basically he has to check his availability, tried to reach out again never received a response back. The appointment was at 8:45am I reached out to this guy at 7am.. so that is more than a 30 min notice get that right! Anyways our facility found MoonaLuna he replied with a quickness and came out to install the door and did a awesome job, so if you’re looking for someone reliable and great with installing doors, windows and much more please contact MoonaLuna. I will definitely be using him again.
