Latest Review: I started training with Greg in August 2015 because I had a fitness goal that I didn't know who to attain on my own. I didn't have any experience lifting weights and I had a hard time motivating myself to workout at home. Greg introduced me to weightlifting. He ensured I used proper form and lifted the right amount of weight for me. Then, he customized a plan, which included personalized workouts, to help me reach my goal. I love working out with Greg because he keeps me accountable, he's extremely positive, and he's great at motivating me to push myself. Even though I reached my original fitness goal months ago, I still workout with Greg multiple times every week. His expertise continues to impress me, and I love the results his workouts produce.
