James was amazing! I had a squatter break into my country rental. He showed up immediately, even though he had his little girl that weekend (our girls played for a couple hours fortunately) and he boarded up the house. I would have been in a real predicament if it weren’t for James. He responds quickly, does quality work and gives great referrals for specialty jobs. He has worked with me for about 3 years now. I would recommend him for any repair need.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally bid projects at an estimated time of labor and materials through completion. We do offer discounts and incentives to return customers as well as referrals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with new clients personally to become more aquatinted with not only them but, the work requested as well. Answering any questions about my company, the processes we pertain to, and the level of satisfaction we provide.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15+ years of experience in all phases of residential construction. I have certificates in blue print reading and RRP processes, along with a background in drafting, water intrusion investigations, home inspections, and mold remediation.
