Steve started workin with me in May 2013 hoping to lose some weight, but what happened was a change in lifestyle and wellness. I am 25yrs 5'9 150lbs and was previously 185lbs the most overweight I have ever been in my life. He got me on a strict and health diet that I know follow religiously and love! I have never been the strongest, but I have gained muscle, in the weight resistance training and I lost the fat through fun cardio sessions. I highly recommend working with Steve, he is very knowledgable about diet and nutrition, with an emphasis on a hollistic and organic all natural approach to supplements and meals.
I was a bit skeptical about hiring a trainer at first because I felt like I could find my own workouts online or come up with my own ideas. But Top Tier exceeded my expectations. I was set up to meet Ruben from Top Tier. From the first meeting, Ruben showed great professionalism, organization and knowledge. I worked with Ruben for a month and I can tell you that if you want a challenge, accountability and results then Ruben and probably as well other Top Tier trainers is where you want to go. One of the things I like the most was that he worked with my schedule. We worked at a park near my house and he came prepared each time with new workouts. On average in an hour I was burning 700-900 calories per session while building core strength and completing resistance training. I haven't hit my final goal yet but that's kind of hard to lose 25lbs in one month but I'm on my way. I feel better and my clothes are fitting better.
After years and years of wanting to have a personal trainer, I always pushed it off. But something about turning 25 was a wake up call for me. So I made the plunge and did my research and looked into plenty of Personal Trainers but none of them really stood out. It wasn't until using this service and Anthony reaching out to me is a very fast manner that I took the opportunity to meet with him. Let's just say after a quick 15 min phone call and getting to know one another, I was hooked and ready to go. I started my training session on Monday and for someone who really hasn't stepped foot in a GYM or lifted weights, Anthony understands that and works to your level. During the 30 min workout (which felt longer at times haha) he was with me every step of the way, motivating and encouraging me to complete my sets. It has truly been the best investment I have ever made and look forward to accomplishing my goals. You won't go wrong with God's Gym & Anthony as your trainer. This guy knows his stuff!
Evan's a fantastic personal trainer. I've been working out with him for about five months, and he's helped me make more progress on strength training than I ever had before. Evan developed a training program suited to my needs and was really attentive in helping me find the right gym and right equipment to train with on the days that I'm not with him. He also made some recommendations to make sure my diet was conducive to muscle gain. Evan is also super knowledgable; whenever I have a question about a certain exercise he's recommended, he has a good answer for me, stemming from his years of experience in fitness. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Evan for whatever fitness goals you're working on. He's smart, professional, and detail-oriented, exactly the traits that you want in a personal trainer.

At age 53, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and osteoporosis of the spine and hips. Following a successful surgery to remove my thyroid, my endocrinologist recommended that I pursue weight and resistance training in conjunction with a year-long course of daily injections to treat my osteoporosis. Xavier is an amazing trainer. He has incredible knowledge of the body and how to make it strong. I've been training with him for 6 months and all my friends get to hear about how great he is on my training days. Even more important than being a great physical trainer is his attitude. Xavier gives amazing pep talks, is incredibly positive and really retrains your mind to be patient and not get discouraged along the fitness journey, something I've always struggled with. He has so many positive slogans that now live in my head: "no quit, miss ann", "be like an oak tree", "you got this", "you are strong", "trust in the process", etc. He pushes me and encourages me every Tuesday and Thursday morning and I really look forward to our sessions. I went to Xavier feeling that despite all my efforts I never could gain any muscle. But thanks to him I've gotten so much stronger and I now have the "Tina Turner" arms he promised me in the beginning! I've also cut 2 minutes off my 1 mile time. It's the first time in my life I've made such steady progress. I think it comes down to two things: 1) he knows his stuff, and 2) I look forward to our workouts and so I've been super consistent. If he has an opening, you should definitely get on the schedule! Thanks for everything Xavier!

Harold was my personal trainer and he is awesome to work with. He cares about his clients and very thorough with the training. He cares about my health and it's really easy to work with him on my meal plan, so I can reach my goals. He's one of those trainer that will push you, but will know your limits. From the very beginning, he was so supportive and friendly. Harold is a very knowledgeable coach and made sure I was comfortable throughout the workout and training session, which I really appreciated.

I trained and took High Intensity Interval Training with Cassie for over three years and she is, simply put, amazing. She motivates you to push yourself but is careful not to let you overdo anything so that you put yourself at risk for injury. She provides excellent training and nutritional advice as well. Cassie is the best!!

Outstanding! I had the extremely good fortune to meet Tyrone Duckett 8 months before I retired. I spent most of my career at a desk and, over the previous 15-20 years, had put on some extra pounds and neglected my fitness. Put another way, I was a unfit 65 year old slug muffin. I was unsure if my 65 year old body would respond to training or whether I would have the mettle and fortitude to commit to diet and regular workouts. At the time I started, I was recovering from major ankle reconstruction surgery and prostate cancer. My cancer was in remission after a prostatectomy, radiation, and androgen deprivation hormone therapy; my ankle was stiffer than before reconstruction. Tyrone got me started on a year long, customized cardio and strength training program, taking into account both my age and existing physical condition. We started out slow, never doing more than my neglected body could handle, but at the same time Tyrone pushed me hard enough to make me sweat at every training session. Tyrone has a firm, but encouraging attitude towards training. We did a lot of joking and smack talk about our favorite sports teams during my training sessions. I was surprised at the immediate results. Over the one year training, I dropped 60 pounds, reduced my waist size by eight inches and was able to "flex my guns" (generally performed to intimidate other males and impress females) for the first time in many, many years. My training with Tyrone not only helped me rebuild my body, but also convinced me that our bodies are amazing machines that, with a little work and commitment, can stay tuned and healthy no matter your age or physical condition. My personal training experience with Jason Fox consists of three-days a week of a mixture of strength and cardio exercises. Jason is very flexible and communicates in advance regarding any schedule conflictions or need to re-schedule a training session. Thus far, I have lost a total of 8 pounds since working with Jason the first week of January until now, and have received much counsel to help support my weight loss outside of session (eg: Food choices, suggested water intake, vitamin supplements, etc.) . In addition, Jason is a very charismatic trainer and pushes me to be a healthier version of myself without over exhausting my limitations (eg: asthma, weak wrists, etc.). I am comfortable in knowing that I will be pushed each week to exceed my performance of the week, and am constantly encouraged throughout my sessions when I want to give up on a workout component. Overall, I am very pleased with my personal training with Jason Fox and would recommend him to anyone looking to be mentally and physically supported in your journey to become a healthier version of yourself.

My trainer gave me the best possible experience personal training could ever offer . Time after time he continued to impress me with his exercises that he helped walk me through. i value the extra time and effort he put into focusing my workouts and helping me as I asked questions and helped me get it right . His personality and inspiring attitude is what something I will never forget . Finally, I loved how he listened to me as I explained what was in my mind , from worries and doubts to questions , and he always took the time to answer them to help me get better. I have been training with Michaela now for about a year and a half at Custom Health and Fitness in Napa. We are focusing on core and upper body strength. Michaela is fun yet firm to have as a personal trainer. She actively listens to me, encourages me and will push me when I need it. I have visual results in my muscle definition, increased strength in my arms and proven core improvements resulting in greater activity from my bi-weekly sessions with Michaela.
