I sought out the services of a personal trainer a little over a month ago and came across DeVine Physiques through some brief searching online. I finally decided it was time to invest into my health, and I wanted to make sure whoever I decided to employ was someone I could trust to guide me into much better health. Believe me, I'm quite a bit of work for a trainer, so he/she has to really convince me they know what they're doing. The reviews seemed promising -- promising enough to make me reach out. I was offered a free consultation right off the bat, which I gladly accepted. The day of the consultation, I walked into a private office/gym space to meet with quite a professional, jovial guy named Gabriel. I found the consultation to be very effective in informing me what DeVine Physiques is all about and what to expect should I choose to engage further. Needing some time to think about it, I thanked Gabriel and went home that night to mull it over. It did not take me very long to realize Gabriel is a very capable personal trainer who is more than happy to be flexible with his clients' needs and schedule, and you get the bonus of a nutritionist should you choose to take advantage of his knowledge in this field as well (recommended). I came in with the goal of wanting to lose a lot of weight and work towards a body I will finally be proud of, and Gabriel assured me he has the knowledge and abilities to help me get there if I am willing to embark on the long journey. With that said, I of course decided to go with DeVine Physiques and have been getting trained by Gabriel for just over a month as of this writing. Though it has not been a lot of time at this point, I am already very pleased with this decision. Gabriel has been a pleasure to work with, and the results I have already gotten are very promising. I've lost just under 10 pounds in the past month simply by following the diet and - of course - coming to the training sessions Gabriel has specifically set up for me. Though I have quite a bit of work ahead of me to lose this weight, I am feeling much more confident about that ever-intensifying light at the end of the tunnel because of DeVine Physiques. Now, I look forward to continuing on this journey to better health through the guidance of DeVine Physiques. To weight loss!

Tammy single handedly changed my life. When I first met Tammy I was 24 and 245lbs, at 5"9 I was technically obese for my size. Ignorant on how to eat healthy and exercise regularly Tammy took me under her wing and help me lose 57 lbs. Tammy is very loving and compassionate person, she genuinely cares about you as a person and the goals you set for yourself in regards to health, fitness and weight loss. I thought a personal trainer was suppose to mean, yell at you, make you not want to go to the gym and work out. Tammy is the complete opposite, I looked forward to our training sessions, it was like therapy for me any stress or frustration I had I got to take it out on my workout while talking to Tammy. However, if Tammy saw that I might be holding back or slacking she would make sure I was good and sore the next day by pushing me harder and yelling in my face lol. Sadly I moved away from the Southbay area and I am no longer able to train with Tammy like I use to, but not a week goes by where I don't text her my menu for the week of food im going to eat and how I plan on exercising. Even from miles away she helps me stay on track, I can still hear her in my ear, don't eat that! Run faster! lol. She may have started off as my personal trainer but she quickly became a very good friend.

You will get a great workout with this trainer!  He has tons of experience as a professional athlete, coach and personal trainer so he can accurately assess your abilities, help you determine your goals and tailor workouts to help you achieve these goals.   Though many clients seek Sean out for his basketball workouts and triathlon training, I was looking for an experienced trainer that wasn't going to give me the same old boring workouts with weights and machines.  In our sessions after a cardio warm up we would do an assortment of exercises - some of which included Bosu ball burpees, pull ups and push ups with the TRX, the ropes, dogsled running, tire flips, jump rope, ladder drills, high kicks over hurdles, sprints, mountain climbers, leg lifts, shoulder weights, box jumps and sprints... there are many many more in the mix but you should try a session with him to see for yourself. I was training with Sean for over a year before I got pregnant; he helped keep me healthy throughout the nine months by adjusting my workout to fit my needs and then kept me motivated and disciplined with our workouts to a point where I felt even more fit post pregnancy.  On top of all that he's hilarious and will have you laughing in between sets.  I would still be working out with him now if he hadn't moved to CA!

Trenton is simply one of the most motivating personal trainers around! He is extremely professional, courteous and attentive. I've had trainers who tell you to do an exercise then go off and talk to someone or use their phone. Not Trenton! Vili truly took his time figuring out what would work best for me. I wasn't just blasted with random exercises— after his careful evaluation I was provided with a catered routine that targeted exactly what I wanted to work on, and what Vili thought would be the best exercises to keep me healthy and fit. He listened to me, and was extremely intelligent in explaining what exercises I was doing, and why he was having me do them. I was as comfortable exercising with him as I have been exercising by myself for a number of years. I haven't found any faults in the way Vili works.
