Latest Review: My new year's resolution had been "lose weight" for decades. I've been chubby since I was little. I lost weight once in a while, but rebounded (no surprise).
I really wanted to change it, so started to go to a gym 4 times a week. Yet, 4 months later, my weight and body fat remained almost the same. That's why I started to look for a personal trainer, and found Krisztian.
I have met him twice a week, 60 minutes per session, 60 sessions total. He has not only trained me but checked food log and given me good stretch.
He has checked my form thoroughly and fixed whenever needed. He has known me very well so that his menu was always a little above "I'm gonna die!," and sure enough, I could make it (barely!). The push helped me a lot.
Also, he has put something new in the menu so that I didn't have to get tired of repeating same things over and over.
He has trained me so that workout and healthy diet became natural to me.
I hit plateaus once in a while, but never gave up because of him. His character and professionalism had me trust him from the bottom of my heart, and I could get through. For the last 3 months, my weight remained the same, but body fat lowered and my body shape became better (lucky I took some pics of me for comparison).
Below is my accomplishment. I highly recommend Krisztian. I really appreciate him, and feel how lucky I am to find him.

Weight now: 149-150 lbs
