Prior to working with JJ, my lifestyle wasn't very active. I knew i needed a personal trainer to help with my exercise routine, and JJ was the perfect guy. Since I started working with him 2 months ago, I am now definitely stronger, and he'll push you during training but still make it enjoyable. He also pointed out the things I needed to maintain during my off days, such as cardio. I definitely recommend him to help anyone who wants to start an active lifestyle.
CPR training with Stephanie was informative and convenient. She is very professional and was able to work around my schedule. I highly recommend her services - no need to book with anyone else.
Hmmm... I'm not really sure how to write a review for this guy without sounding like a cheesy advertisement, but really, that's just how wonderful he was. I've been a long distance runner since I was 12 (I'm 26 now) and cardio has always been my preferred exercise. I've been plagued with injuries off and on for the last couple years so I decided I would give personal training a shot, learn how to sculpt and work out my body in a different way. I am so glad Manuk was up to the task. He sat me down and asked me exactly what I wanted to accomplish during our time together and what my long term goals were. He gave me an overview of what he thought the best plan was to meet these goals and always answered my persistent (and annoying) questions. One of my biggest problems with being in the gym and trying to convert to a healthier life style is accountability. I can work hard in the gym with Manuk three days a week, but it's the times that I wasn't with Manuk that made it hard because it was easy to "cheat". Manuk makes himself accessible to his clients. He encourages you to share apps such as my fitbit and my fitness pal to help with your nutrition, he encourages you to text him when you have questions... and I do mean any question. This guy even gave me tips on what booze would be least damaging to meeting my goals when it came time to go on vacation with my friends. The most helpful thing about Manuk, however, is how much he cares. There were times were I had personal things going on in my life that really affected my performance when I would meet with him, but he would be right there in that moment with me telling me he understands and encouraging me to use that in our work outs. And it worked. I, unfortunately, had to move 400 miles away for work and family, but I have yet to really click with any fitness instructor or trainer the way I did with Manuk. He's just that genuine (something I'm finding out is pretty hard to come by in this industry) and just that great.
I'm a little over a month in and am super happy with the progress I'm making. I'm 25, tall and skinny, and have been working towards gaining weight/muscle. With Ronnie's eating advice and training plan, I've gained over 8 pounds and friends have been telling me they're seeing a difference in my body. Ronnie is super awesome, friendly, and challenges you to push forward and do more. Highly highly recommend!
Sandy is such a lovely person to have as a trainer! She thinks of different hour long work outs for you for every time you train! We did a mixture of cardio and weight training, with special attention to the places on my body I wanted to tone. She's super personable, friendly, approachable, and generous with her time. I also lost a few inches the first month I trained. She was also willing to meet me at a local park or my own residence, which was helpful with certain weather conditions. I would recommend her to anyone who wants personal training--if you're looking for someone who yells at you and is more of a "sergeant" about it, though, this isn't for you.
I really enjoyed my sessions with Heather. Her workouts were challenging and provided great results - I'm already down two dress sizes after just six months of training. I'd recommend her to anybody who wants to improve their health.
From my first training I was hooked! Not only was Jamie entertaining, she gives the best workouts ever. What impresses me most is that she mixes up each session so it never gets boring. Another advantage, is that she individualizes her training to fit you!! I am a member of Spectrum and found myself doing the same boring workout, now I compliment what I continue to learn from Jamie and have more motivation to workout. She is also unbelievable intuitive. She can detect if you are doing something that may cause an injury, and quickly correct your form. You will not be disappointed, and I can guarantee that you will love the results!
Lee is an absolutely fantastic trainer! I am one of those people who starts something and quits pretty quickly. I had a baby and was in the worst shape of my life. I was nervous about getting a personal trainer for fear of being judged, not being able to keep up with the work outs, or the age old fear that nothing would change and I'd be stuck the way I am. Lee changed all that for me. Our first session he was easy on me, but still pushed me to do a much as I could. Then we built from there. He encouraged me to not only work out, but change my eating habits for a healthier lifestyle. He was always respectful and got to know me. He figured out just how far he could push me. As a married woman, I appreciated that he asked about my husband and never made me feel uncomfortable. I began feeling better and more confident in myself and my abilities. The only bad part about Lee is that he can't make the 4 hour commute to Memphis to continue training me! Seriously though, extremely professional guy who is dedicated to getting you to where you want to be and helping you to see that you can go further! I highly recommend him to train you no matter what stage you are at in your fitness.
I was training for a triathlon. Idrise helped me to establish a sport specific program to work target the muscles I would use in my race and increase mty speed. He quickly recognized my weak muscles and gave me exercises to strengthen those areas. I was able to blow my last triathlon time out of the water! Thanks Idrise!
Jennifer is an all-around great human being and an amazing trainer. I wanted to find a trainer that I felt comfortable with and one that would listen to my health goals. Jennifer immediately made me feel at ease. I instantly felt like I was working out with a friend, but a friend who pushes me and keeps me accountable. I never felt like "just another client" to her. She cares about my progress and always keeps in touch with me throughout the week. She is available to answer questions re diet in between session and will even provide “homework” when needed. She is so energetic and sweet that I actually look forward to working out with her! Jennifer knows how to mix things up so that I don't get bored, strength training, circuits, cardio, weights, to name just a few. We never fall into a routine or gut stuck in a rut. She brings different work out equipment for us to use and challenges me at every session pushing me further than I ever imagined. She is absolutely the best trainer I have ever had and I am beyond grateful that she is leading the way for me on this health journey.

Kelly helped me get into shape right before I became pregnant. She helped me focus on a work-out plan that fit well with my goals and what I wanted to achieve. She also customized a monthly meal plan exclusively for me and my interests. I couldn't be more happy with her dedication to push me when I needed the drill sergeant trainer, but also balance it out and be supportive when I was not feeling well or sick and needed to take things slow. Another plus factor with Kelly is that she LOVES dogs. We incorporated workouts that helped me focus on myself, without feeling guilty or losing out on time I could spend with my dog outdoors. Kelly is super professional, educated and experienced in personal training. I would recommend her to any of my closest family and friends.
Martin was very flexible in scheduling the training. He arrived with plenty of time for set-up. He delivered a very comprehensive and enjoyable training experience. My focus working with Sean has been injury prevention and functional movement training. He has been realistic with our planning, patient with my progress, and supportive of my goals. I actually met her thru a friend of mine, who was one of her close friends. I had hired several personal trainers but until Mami showed me her own training routines I was never happy. I wanted to get some good toned butt and get rid of my belly fat, after doing her routines for just 4 weeks, I started noticing my body is really rocking hot, and not only me, but all my friends and coworkers noticed the change on my body. Debbie McKeown is a knowledgeable and wonderful fitness consultant whom at my request provided me with a taylored made fitness assessment. From there, she guided me on strength training with weights including a great nutritional consultation. She also made me an informative report in writing as a visual plan for future reference. Best of all, she provides personalized ongoing support. Debbie, herself, is an inspiring example for what is possible for me. I love having Debbie as my personal fitness consultant!
