From the moment she answered my request for a personal trainer, I knew this was my girl. I was really excited to work with her because she just seemed to get me and understand all the changes my body has gone through as a mom. I love the fact that she downloads me with information as to why and how things work the way they do. The studio never has more than a few people at a time training with other trainers and it's super clean. Most times there's no one else but her and I. It's not like a packed sweaty gym with people staring. Becky pushes me to my extremes and I've never worked so hard in my life...but I want it that bad! She's motivating, she checks in on me every few days to keep me accountable, she's informative...and she allows children. I bring my 5 month old daughter with me to training sessions and she watches and cheers me on. I've already lost 5 lbs just following her meal plans and working out 5 days a week. And I've only been seeing her for 2 weeks. I train with her 2 days a week and go to the gym 3-4 times a week. If you're ready to change your lifestyle and need some real help doing so, this is your girl. This is my first time hiring a personal trainer and I just got sooooo lucky. Thanks Becky! Greg has been a great trainer. I am a 65y/o recovering 'couch potato' for several years after bilateral knee joint replacements. I needed basic strength training , exercise for balance and stability. Greg has worked with me to establish an individualized training sequence that is producing results! He is positive, encouraging, always on time , flexible and clear in his training cues. He answers questions clearly and will research an exercise for a 'problem' area when necessary. He is truly a professional trainer who knows his anatomy and physiology well. A pleasure to work with!

my last two trainers were women and they were nice trainers but I wasn't hitting my goals so I sought out a male trainer and royal fitness has been amazing In the last 4,months of training with him i have been putting on muscle and been shredding fat the way i had hoped his routines are great they kick my butt
Nick Hanson Personal Trainer is a fitness professional involved in exercise prescription and instruction. He motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. He also measure their client's strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure their client's improvements in physical fitness. He may also educate his clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise including general health and nutrition guidelines.
I started with Sam earlier this year and am thrilled with my progress! He is very encouraging and challeges you appropriately. I like the way he can break down obstacles so I can work on smaller goals in order to overcome the obstacle. When I started with Sam I had not had any prior obstacle training. In just 7 weeks he taught me to climb the rope, get across the monkey bars, aim for the spear throw and conquer the 8' wall on my own. We're currently working on the multi-rig and Z wall. At least once a week we also work with a mace to work on grip strength as well as upper and lower body fitness. He absolutely loves being an SGX coach and that excitement is contagious. I'm confident that whatever your fitness level and whatever your goals Sam can help you acheive them (as he will continue to help me achieve mine!)
My first session with Justin was also my first time going to the gym in a couple of weeks. I used to work out for about two hours a day, 4-5 days a week, until I got too busy with work and school. Training with Justin got me in and out of the gym in a little over an hour, ensuring I had a timely yet efficient workout, hitting all of the muscle groups I told him I wanted to focus on. He is not only knowledgeable in the fields of exercise and nutrition, but is completely confident in being able to implement his own tips into his client’s lifestyle. I would certainly recommend him for anyone looking to change not only their physique, but also their mindset about fitness and nutrition/health in general!

We had EKG Fitness (Ed) work with our 13-year old son Mason. Mason is very active and has been playing football and baseball since third grade. About one year before we found Ed, Mason had developed a bad habit of bobbling his head when he was running. This clearly slowed down his running. Mason was very becoming very frustrated with this lack of speed but direction from us (his parents) and his coaches was not helping. When I asked Ed if he could work with Mason, I was specific that this one area I would like them to work. However, more importantly, I asked Ed to speak to Mason about Masons goals. What did Mason want to improve for himself. Ed created such a great rapport with Mason, they really worked well together. Ed focused on some strength training and running drills. He taught Mason that running isnt all about the act of running. He taught him about building up his muscles and increasing his endurance. Mason would explain to me after a number of their workouts that running fast is a combination of having strong legs, and strong core and being able to pace yourself. While this may seem like knowledge everyone has, up until now only his parents were giving him this information. Now he was getting it from an expert and it sunk in. It made sense to him. It was awesome! More than knowledge and increasing his running skills & speed Ed gave our son confidence. He broke his bad running habits and became faster. His coaches noticed a difference and complimented him on his drive to improve himself. He tried out for different positions in football that he never would have, and learned he loved playing those positions. Would I recommend EKG Fitness to work with one on one, and with youth? Absolutely! He takes the time to listen to your goals. He gives you the tools (knowledge) you need to achieve those goals without making you feel like should know these things already. He makes working out fun and something to look forward to.
Very professional and motivating strength training. I would highly recommend. My favorite is the TUF training which gives me a complete full body workout for the entire week in one session. As a busy mom of 3 young children, I don't have the time or desire to spend countless hours in the gym. Valhalla Health gives me exactly what I need and the results many seek but rarely find.
