OJ is 1 of the best personal trainers I've ever come into contact with. For starters, your initial meeting is a workout created to personalize your strengths and weaknesses for future sessions. Afterwards, he speaks with you regarding your target goals, time frame, ideal weight etc. Meanwhile, he's compiling a special profile just for you in his computer. He sends weekly updates on your progress like: body fat percentage and weight loss/gain. In addition, he also sends motivational text messages during the week. He has tons of experience as a professional athlete, coach and personal trainer so he can accurately assess your abilities, help you determine your goals and tailor workouts to help you achieve these goals. Though many clients seek Sean out for his basketball workouts and triathlon training, I was looking for an experienced trainer that wasn't going to give me the same old boring workouts with weights and machines. In our sessions after a cardio warm up we would do an assortment of exercises - some of which included Bosu ball burpees, pull ups and push ups with the TRX, the ropes, dogsled running, tire flips, jump rope, ladder drills, high kicks over hurdles, sprints, mountain climbers, leg lifts, shoulder weights, box jumps and sprints... there are many many more in the mix but you should try a session with him to see for yourself. I was training with Sean for over a year before I got pregnant; he helped keep me healthy throughout the nine months by adjusting my workout to fit my needs and then kept me motivated and disciplined with our workouts to a point where I felt even more fit post pregnancy. On top of all that he's hilarious and will have you laughing in between sets. I would still be working out with him now if he hadn't moved to CA!
Trenton is simply one of the most motivating personal trainers around! He is extremely professional, courteous and attentive. I've had trainers who tell you to do an exercise then go off and talk to someone or use their phone. Not Trenton! If he's not on his hands doing an exercise next to you, he's right next to you motivating you! Moreover, he does innovative and challenging workout that keep you and your body guessing! You get the most out of every minute you workout with him, every session! I am so thankful to have found Trenton, he's definitely a great guy, and I am glad he is assisting me with my weight loss journey!

Vili truly took his time figuring out what would work best for me. I wasn't just blasted with random exercises after his careful evaluation I was provided with a catered routine that targeted exactly what I wanted to work on, and what Vili thought would be the best exercises to keep me healthy and fit. He listened to me, and was extremely intelligent in explaining what exercises I was doing, and why he was having me do them. I was as comfortable exercising with him as I have been exercising by myself for a number of years. I haven't found any faults in the way Vili works. Far and away the best Personal Trainer I've been to :D

I have been coming to Pro Fitness Network for about 4 years now for semi-personal training and massage. Carina is the best trainer in LA. She is understanding of limitations and injuries but gets results quickly at the same time. Not only is she a great trainer, she has also become a friend. She is the greatest person, business owner, and personal trainer. The studio is clean, welcoming, and comfortable. It's not just having a personal trainer but your personal coach who can train your body in proper ways, explaining how every muscle works during your exercising and correct you in order to help you build your body strong. He won't let you get injured and will teach you how to take proper care of your body because he is very knowledgeable about human body including diet and vitamins as well. "My problem is scoliosis and I'm working on building strong muscles which can hold my spine straight and not letting it get curved.
