OJ is 1 of the best personal trainers I've ever come into contact with. For starters, your initial meeting is a workout created to personalize your strengths and weaknesses for future sessions. Afterwards, he speaks with you regarding your target goals, time frame, ideal weight etc. Meanwhile, he's compiling a special profile just for you in his computer. He sends weekly updates on your progress like: body fat percentage and weight loss/gain. In addition, he also sends motivational text messages during the week. He really is the most professional personal trainer I've ever encountered. I'm just 3 weeks into my training sessions and I'm already seeing results. Thanks OJ!

Not only is she prompt and professional, but she makes working out really fun! She is open to suggestions, keeps every session fresh with a wide variety of exercises and adapts to your physical limitations. And...she also travels to your home, which is a major convenience factor. Gil Correa is a highly skilled trainer with a great attitude. I have worked with a number of personal trainers over many years both in New York and Los Angeles and none have proved more effective or knowledgeable than Gil. After some time of working out by myself I realized that I needed a pro who would help me stay in shape and reach new goals. I got lucky by finding someone of Gil's caliber and could not be happier.
I really enjoy my sessions with Chris - he’s calm, collected and listens to what you want out of a personal training experience. He’s also really encouraging and constantly challenges you during the session - while always watching and correcting any moves that aren't right. I enjoy the workouts – the time flies by and we have enough rest in between sets that I felt strong and enjoyed my session rather than collapsing in a sweaty heap – but boy, did I feel it the next day! Chris focuses on resistance with me. I would highly recommend Chris.
Jim is a dedicated, skilled personal trainer and I am already seeing improvement in my muscle tone. I am very pleased that the sessions are not "cut and paste", but, instead, are specifically designed for each clients particular needs.

Allen is one of the best trainers ever. He is very professional and cares about his clients. I have been working out with him for a little longer than a year and it has been awesome. I am currently pregnant and I know he will help me get back on track after having the baby!! If you are looking for a personal trainer he is your go to person, he tries to be flexible with your schedules to meet your needs and his prices are very reasonable!!
Lee is an absolutely fantastic trainer! I am one of those people who starts something and quits pretty quickly. I had a baby and was in the worst shape of my life. I was nervous about getting a personal trainer for fear of being judged, not being able to keep up with the work outs, or the age old fear that nothing would change and I'd be stuck the way I am. Lee changed all that for me. Our first session he was easy on me, but still pushed me to do a much as I could. Then we built from there. He encouraged me to not only work out, but change my eating habits for a healthier lifestyle. He was always respectful and got to know me. He figured out just how far he could push me. As a married woman, I appreciated that he asked about my husband and never made me feel uncomfortable. I began feeling better and more confident in myself and my abilities. The only bad part about Lee is that he can't make the 4 hour commute to Memphis to continue training me! Seriously though, extremely professional guy who is dedicated to getting you to where you want to be and helping you to see that you can go further! I highly recommend him to train you no matter what stage you are at in your fitness.
I highly recommend Luis as your personal trainer. I am a female who has worked out with him for over a year now. He promised me I wouldn't 'bulk' up, but rather slim down and get more toned. He was correct! I am down several sizes and still going. The personal one-on-one training is great and his positive attitude keeps me coming back for more!
Carman is a truly wonderful trainer. I was very scared to find a trainer online but I am glad I chose him! He is very dedicated. He is full of wonderful energy that everyone needs in order to stay motivated. He understands that that we all have off days and days we are not available to workout and he still motivate me to workout to accomplish my goals! It has been a little over a month with training with him and I feel more motivated that I was and more confident with my body than I was. I know I still have a long journey ahead to reach my goals but I know with Carman's guide I will succeed! He is such a truly wonderful person and personal trainer and I am so blessed to have him (:
Glenn for the win! Glenn is a phenomenal personal trainer. My husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed training with Glenn and his staff. One thing we really like about Glenn is that he is able to accommodate and help with injuries/rehab and diet question/issues. You can't go wrong choosing Sweat Equity Fitness! I've been training with Hiram for over a year, he's very professional and knows his stuff. Most trainers I've encountered are always just about the money, Hiram cares about his clients and wants to see you obtain your goals. He goes hard but it's worth it, I consider Hiram a friend now and wouldn't train with anyone else! Hire him if you wanna see results!!!!!
