- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep pricing simple and transparent. Hotel and cruise research/booking are free (excluding homestays like Airbnb/VRBO). Flight booking includes a per-person service fee ($50 domestic / $100 international). Custom day-by-day itinerary planning is $200/day, and documentation support (visa/passport/entry forms) is $100/form. All fees are shared upfront before anything is booked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short intake to understand your travel style, priorities, budget, and timing. From there, we handle the research, present curated options, and refine based on your feedback. Once you approve, we take care of bookings, confirmations, and any required documentation. If your trip includes a custom itinerary, we’ll build that out in detail and share everything in one organized place. We remain available before and during travel for support, changes, or last-minute needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is a mix of structured training and real-world experience—travel planning, vendor coordination, and client service. I stay current through continuing education with travel partners and destination programs, so recommendations are both thoughtful and practical.
