Justin and Addie are incredible people! They spent an exorbitant amount of time with me as I was new to travel and beside the flight my destination required ground transportation and a ferry. Anytime I got lost or confused all I did was text and their response was immediate and accurate and got me exactly where I needed to go! Regarding the above question of what I liked about arrow travel I would also have to include professionalism and punctuality as well! Truthfully I got to know them quite well and even sent photos of my vacation events! I can't express my gratitude and appreciation of Justin and Addie at arrow travel agency! For me they went over and beyond any expectation I had for this trip! Please include them in your effort to find a travel agent and compare! You will use arrow travel agency without question! We stayed at a bed and breakfast close to Luckenbach. The little German cottages were very private and breakfast was left on your patio table every morning. The owners Barbara and Henry were very nice people. The grounds were not kept quite as nice as the pictures indicate on their website. The room didn't have a TV and the WIFI was not working and the bed was a little soft for our preference but everything else was great. Fredericksburg was very nice and we had some great German food. We bought a truckload of souvenirs from the shops and brought home beer, wine, peaches, and candy. We also visited Enchanted Rock which was a huge piece of granite (more like a small mountain) about 25 miles from the city. All in all, we had a very enjoyable trip.
