OJ is 1 of the best personal trainers I've ever come into contact with. For starters, your initial meeting is a workout created to personalize your strengths and weaknesses for future sessions. Afterwards, he speaks with you regarding your target goals, time frame, ideal weight etc. Meanwhile, he's compiling a special profile just for you in his computer. He sends weekly updates on your progress like: body fat percentage and weight loss/gain. In addition, he also sends motivational text messages during the week. He really is the most professional personal trainer I've ever encountered. I'm just 3 weeks into my training sessions and I'm already seeing results. Thanks OJ!

When I first decided to start working out with a personal trainer, I looked online for personal trainers in Pasadena. I ultimately decided to go with Hugo based on all of the positive reviews I read of him on here. Since the reviews initially helped me make a decision on choosing Hugo as my personal trainer, I just had to leave my own review. Before committing to train with Hugo, he offered me an introductory deal so that I could experience working out with him. The first couple sessions he evaluated my strength, endurance, and overall physical ability. Once my fitness level and goals were established, Hugo set up a training program and nutritional plan for me. He begins every session by explaining and demonstrating the exercises in the circuit. He also clarifies and demonstrates the importance of proper form, which makes it really easy for me since I'm a visual learner. At any point during the exercise if I forget to use proper form, Hugo reminds me and encourages me throughout. He is very good at helping me understand which muscles each exercise is working out. I like how during every session, he is focused, patient, and motivates me to make sure I'm giving it my all. His professionalism and friendliness make it all that much more of a positive experience training with him. I've been training with Hugo for about three months now, and I can say that I'm truly happy with my results so far. My strength and endurance have greatly increased since our first session. I've noticed my body fat decrease and my muscle mass increase. I also feel much better when I'm exercising and eating healthy, it has greatly helped with my anxiety. I definitely plan on continuing to train with Hugo. I'm excited to see how my fitness level and physique continue to progress. I'm glad that I chose Hugo as my personal trainer, it is obvious that he loves what he does and cares about his clients. I definitely recommend Hugo for anyone looking for a personal trainer, you will not regret it!

I have been training with Jobie for about 5 years. Great trainer!!! His knowledge of how the body is supposed to work, in my view is very important. I think that is why I do not get hurt while training. If I am doing something wrong he will correct my stance and or posture so I do not injure myself.

I've always tried to be good about getting my exercise in, but diet has always been a pain point of mine. I would frequently try to overhaul my entire diet and then give up 2 weeks in. Shahin broke things down and focused on helping me make small changes with my food habits. Over time, they began to add up and fit well within my lifestyle and schedule. Also, the workout plans he gave me were very well put together and gave me lots of direction. I'd say if you're looking for a push toward a healthier lifestyle, definitely consider online training with Shahin.

Erwin is a really sharp individual. He has several years of experience and several clients he trains consistently. I have joined with him about a month and a half ago, and he has given me amazing results so far. My goal has been to craft myself a hard beach body, and he has absolutely been delivering. I started off with 34 inches size on my waist, and I am current down to approximately 31 inches. I also started off with 24% body fat, and am now close to 18% or less with good diet. That enough should tell you the type of results this man can achieve. Coach Erwin also teaches basketball and tennis, so I am looking forward to getting that training from him too. The way Erwin works is he gives the candidate a meal plan that is tailored to his or her needs, goals and body. Then he works out with candidate in 2-3 sessions (or more) each week providing feedback on form and tips on lifting. He measures the candidate every week to make sure that the candidate is on track to achieve his goals. He frequently has prizes that he gives out to his most improved candidates every few months! Most of all, he is very much affordable, and I really would recommend anyone that whats a better body or healthier life to get in touch with him right away!

We have been training with Shoshanna since March. My daughters and I have worked with trainers before however, it never stuck. Shoshanna has a way of keeping us motivated and encouraging us to stick with it. Shoshanna has specialized workouts for each of us and they have been extremely effective. We have not lost a ton of weight but, we are toned and we have lost inches. She is very good at what she does but, she will not take it easy on you. She will push you and you will have muscles hurt that you didn't even know you had but, I ALWAYS feel great after a workout with Shoshanna!! We are very lucky to have found her!!!

I just want to start off by saying thanks a lot for the great workout Jacob! My arms and legs feel like noodles! Jacob has a great attitude and made the time he was training me enjoyable, even tho I was sweating and my body was feeling the burn! I've done group training and individual training with Vanesa. She pushes you and gets you to do things you don't think you can. The sessions are always fun, and always a workout. She is constantly changing things up so I'm finding myself sore often, which is a good thing! The one thing I love is that she focuses on making me strong, which does more for my confidence than the scale. I've gotten into the best shape with her and highly recommend her.

GOAT Fitness totally changed my attitude towards physical fitness. Rather than "exercise" at GOAT Fitness we TRAIN. Understanding the difference of a strength & conditioning PROGRAM like those offered at GOAT Fitness, compared to the exercise I did at my old personal training facility explains the difference in results. My old gym was pretty common to most "Exercise to the point of suffering while on a strict diet" I lost some weight. What my old gym did was made me dread my workouts, I was burned out, hungry, and unmotivated. Here the training sessions are physically demanding, but focused on strength goals, on pushing towards maximum performance rather than exhaustion. I've been a committed satisfied client for 6 months, I've lost 15 pounds, decreased my body fat from 26% to 19%, I went from a size 10 to a size 6. After I changed my focus from "punishing" my body with restricted calories and endless cardio at my old gym to STRENGTHENING my body at GOAT Fitness I've hit fitness milestones I never would've thought possible. I have been receiving personal training from Aleks for the past year and a half. I have tried many personal trainers and none have had the extensive knowledge of the biomechanics of the body like this guy. During our trainings twice a week, he varies the routine in order to maximize the muscle groups. This is something that I find key, because the various types of strengthening workouts are never boring, always challenging, builds the muscles that I may be weak and integrates various motor skills into one set. By the time an hour is done, I always feel that I have done a full body workout including muscles that I have not discovered yet. One of my favorite aspects of Aleks is his professional demeanor and the education that he provides during the workouts. He consistently discusses why each combination is important to our daily functioning and how that affects the other parts of the body. His advice for stretching my muscles outside of workout time and his discussions about clean nutrition lets me know that he is concerned about my overall health. He is very intuitive about when I am overdoing a workout and helps me to execute it in an easier way. He also challenges me when I am trying to slack off and gently puts me back on course. Since I have been with Aleks, my physical mobility has increased, I have better stamina and endurance, I no longer have stiffness and pain in my back, and I have lost weight. I started training in order to lose a few pounds and ended up in a holistic journey to health. Aleks helped me to begin that journey.

Fit Club Studios in Irvine,CA located in the Quail Hill shopping center is an absolute great place to workout. Regardless of your fitness level you will feel comfortable working out here. They have a wide array of classes and personal training options. The classes are intimate with an outstanding variety of workouts. Legs, abs, upper body, core and cardio. They do it all! I go to 6-7 classes a week and squeeze in a personal training session from time to time. Jess is the trainer the wife and I see and classes we attend. She is awesome! She will get the most out of you and keep you inspired and motivated! This place has a great vibe and everyone there is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Fit Club to anyone, like me, who's looking to start their journey to a happier and healthier life!
