Working with Vanesa has been awesome. Both my partner and I hired her as our nutritionist. She has taken the time to help us see our individual challenges with food and how small, incremental changes can be sustainable. She checks in on us daily and we meet by phone weekly. Working with her has really inspired us and the pacing of change has been perfect. Vanesa is a true professional.

Christy pays attention to my strength level and my health condition on each session that we do. She has amiable personality, friendly, likes to share funny stories. But beware, she can push you to work very hard that you'll be sore the next day... Yet, you're gonna want to see her again and again because you'll really feel better and stronger. I highly recommend her!!!

Pamela is a truly wonderful nutritionist, after years of trial and error in trying to create a diet to best help support my ongoing battle with various skin and stomach complaints Pamela’s knowledge and experience has opened me up to a whole new world of food and nutrition. Pamela made me feel so at ease allowing me to talk freely even about the most personal issues. Pamela has some incredible ideas when it comes to substituting foods for example my sugar cravings with her amazing recipes ..I would highly recommend Pamela and the amazing services that she offers. Thanks to her I am now following a diet which includes lots of delicious foods that I never even thought about eating before and I have seen a huge improvement in my health as a result.     I first met Andrea about two years ago, to help me eat healthier and improve my lifestyle. She's been tremendous, and more importantly I've had results. I've lost weight, but I'm really proud of the way it happened. With Andrea, it's not about crash dieting. It's about choosing the right foods, and the right portions. I used to eat Fast Food almost 10 times a week! But I have pretty much stopped completely, and definitely no more McDonalds. I now eat foods like kale, flaxseed, oatmeal, tofu, that I normally wouldn't have eaten. And I feel much better for it. Andrea had the perfect attitude for me. She was pushy enough, without being too pushy to make me give up. She was always honest, but encouraging. The fact that she believed in me, helped me believe in myself. I'd really recommend Andrea to anyone looking to lose weight, but more importantly to feel better and healthier.
