OJ is 1 of the best personal trainers I've ever come into contact with. For starters, your initial meeting is a workout created to personalize your strengths and weaknesses for future sessions. Afterwards, he speaks with you regarding your target goals, time frame, ideal weight etc. Meanwhile, he's compiling a special profile just for you in his computer. He sends weekly updates on your progress like: body fat percentage and weight loss/gain. In addition, he also sends motivational text messages during the week. He really is the most professional personal trainer I've ever encountered. I'm just 3 weeks into my training sessions and I'm already seeing results. Thanks OJ!

Jake helped me with training advice and nutrition advice when he used to live in the UK, before he moved to LA. His information has really helped me, both in terms of improving health and fitness levels. He is incredibly motivating and inspiring - and he was so keen to help me as an individual and find out what would work best for me. I didn't like 'traditional' exercise, like endless runs or boring gym machines - but Jake could find ways to mix it up, keep it fresh and interesting, and I even managed to have fun along the way! I would definitely recommend Jake as a personal trainer to help you achieve your individual health and fitness goals.

I am currently working with Jobi. I haven't worked with a personal trainer before often thinking that they were somewhat over rated. However after meeting with Jobi and speaking with him about fitness goals I knew I found the right guy for the job. He does what he can in regards to scheduling and seeing what works best for you and truly puts his clients needs first. I am looking to the end result of my time with Jobi.

Mark is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced personal trainer. He customized his approach depending on the goals that I wanted to achieve, and he always introduced new types of training so that I kept improving. Mark is punctual and ready to go no matter the time of day. Starting my days with his workouts gave me energy and significantly increased my overall well-being. I’m happy that I invested in my health and trusted Mark through this process. It's been a while since we had personal trainers, so there was a bit of a 'gulp' factor when taking the plunge once again. We never looked back - Sandy is awesome! Not only is she prompt and professional, but she makes working out really fun! She is open to suggestions, keeps every session fresh with a wide variety of exercises and adapts to your physical limitations. And...she also travels to your home, which is a major convenience factor. I've tried a few different personal trainers at big gyms over the years, but none as great as Steve. He pushes you hard and motivates you in a positive way. He's a great conversationalist and every workout is different so it's never boring. Steve is knowledgeable about everything fitness related and customizes his plan for you -- even working through your diet and nutrition. One of the most important things that Steve does is always watches form to maximize results and prevent injury.

We have been training with Shoshanna since March. My daughters and I have worked with trainers before however, it never stuck. Shoshanna has a way of keeping us motivated and encouraging us to stick with it. Shoshanna has specialized workouts for each of us and they have been extremely effective. We have not lost a ton of weight but, we are toned and we have lost inches. She is very good at what she does but, she will not take it easy on you. She will push you and you will have muscles hurt that you didn't even know you had but, I ALWAYS feel great after a workout with Shoshanna!! We are very lucky to have found her!!!

Jacob trained me for 6 months and this being my first experience hiring a personal trainer, I was nervous about the experience. Jacob made me feel comfortable from the start and what I appreciated was the fact that he took the time to educate me about what the excersise or activity will accomplish. In addition, he performs a lot of different activities at every session so you will never be bored of doing routine training. I highly recommend him especially for first timers. I lost a total of 30 pounds and 10% body fat training with him for the 6 months but most importantly felt good about my fitness once again.

Allen is one of the best trainers ever. He is very professional and cares about his clients. I have been working out with him for a little longer than a year and it has been awesome. I am currently pregnant and I know he will help me get back on track after having the baby!! If you are looking for a personal trainer he is your go to person, he tries to be flexible with your schedules to meet your needs and his prices are very reasonable!!

If you're looking for a personal trainer, Vanesa is the way to go! She is dedicated to getting you to reach your fitness goals; whether thats shedding pounds, gaining muscle, or having the strength to do other activities (I can say this because these were all my goals). I've never had an unanswered question (about workouts, food, pain, etc ) or a missed session. She has been super accommodating to my schedule and previous injury. Anytime I would feel pain somewhere in my body she would give me advice on what to do, which has always fixed the problem. She has a positive adittude and will push you when you want to give up or are tired; she gets you to the place you want to be. I don't know what more you can ask for in a trainer. In the 3 months I've been with her, I have gotten compliments left and right, my energy levels have increased significantly, and most importantly I feel confident in my own skin again. I don't know what more you can ask for in a trainer. #teamsuazo

When I began my search for a fitness professional I had specific criteria which I'm sure most people do. I wanted someone who could push my limits and accelerate my goals but do so safely and without coming across as pushy or arrogant. I hit the jackpot with Chris! He is extremely personable, knowlegable and results driven. Without sounding odd, I might describe him as an artist creating a sculpture. He keeps the workouts interesting and pushes me while keeping things engaging and fun. He keeps tabs on my overall health, always has a great attitude and articulates our strategy. To this point I have added lean muscle mass and lost 45lbs! I would highly recommend Chris as your personal trainer and I expect you will not be disappointed!

When you have a personal trainer you have to trust them first. You will not do the work if you do not believe it will help. Eddie has the knowledge and desire to help you. He pushes me much harder than I push myself when it comes to getting in or staying in shape. When hiring a personal trainer isn't that what you want?
