- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many new customers do not know that I do not charge a fee to my customers or that I do not mark up fares. The suppliers take good care of me and I keep a very low over-head so I do not feel the need to nickle and dime my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Many new customers have a general idea of what they want for vacation. I ask some deeper questions to help identify the style of vacation that will be the best fit and turn into the best vacation memory to date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certificated by the major cruise lines and several resort chains to be an expert with their product. Knowing what a cruise line or a resort has to offer their guests is important not only to booking the vacation but for the guest to enjoy the vacation.
