Mark kicks my butt (in a good way) every workout we do together. The exercises are on point with helping me get the results I'm looking for. He has a laid back style that is not intimidating and has just the right amount of intensity. I'm a triathlete with a full workout schedule and he customizes weight training to compliment my other workouts. He's also willing to adjust exercises if they're hard on my body. Would recommend Mark to anyone!
First off, it's impossible to really keep a review on Brandy short. But I'll give it a try-which is what Brandy would say to any exercises. She knows her stuff, whether you're in her spin class, yoga class, personal training, taking about health, TRX or kettlebells, Brandy no matter what condition you are in, she WILL help you. Brandy is an absolute sweetheart that will work you touchas off. She comes in with a plan for the session, but ALWAYS asks how I am feeling, what she does amazingly, is adjust and with Glee. As I stated I could write a 60 page review, but that's hard to read, So whatever fitness schedule you are seeking, Brandy is the gal, PERIOD.

Alisa was right on time, approachable, trim herself, and energetic. She's been at her work and still loves it, after some 26 years. Even though she asked for a minimum of some five sessions, I gradually came to accept that suggestion. While not cheap, she adds a bit for coming to your home. I would have no problem recommending her.

I've just recently starting training with Sharayah. I absolutely love how she incorporates boxing training into my workouts. It makes the time fly by and it burns a ton of calories. She's also helping me focus on both my short term goal of dropping weight and my long term goal of getting in shape to complete a century bike ride next year. They say you cant appreciate what youve got until its gone. So true! My husband and I have had ongoing medical problems as time has marched on, and knew it was time to do better things for our bodies, so we could continue working and enjoy activities most dear to us. So, we joined a health club within walking distance of our home and thought it would be a good idea to go through some personal training sessions to get us started on the right track. The Force was with us, apparently, because we were paired with a wonderful, very experienced personal trainer, Kurt Weinreich. Well Kurt was everything we had hoped for in a trainer and more. He was highly knowledgeable, very professional, and really listened to us as we explained our many health issues and desired goals. Over a period of 8 weeks, Kurt built a workout regimen for each of us individually that took these things into account, carefully observing our progress and continually checking in with us as our individual programs developed. He provided options to suit whatever body part was suffering on any given day, while always keeping a cheerful attitude as he methodically worked around our age-related difficulties. Due to our financial constraints, Kurt went out of his way to make sure we were ready to go it on our own, including providing a detailed workout summary to help guide us along in our new journey to better health and to being more able to live the rest of our lives to the fullest.
