Hey there, my name is Alisa and I'm a piano and music theory teacher for over twelve years. I've been a teacher a little bit less than a half of my life and i think i'll stick to it forever :) because i like to connect with people, help them to grow, get through their emotions and just be there for them in different times. I love music and i really eager to tell about it's beauty! My experience in education is broad and varied: besides private lessons, I’ve worked with kids in kindergartens and schools, led soundwalks, and created and conducted workshops and full-scale masterclasses about music. I’ve also lived with children in camps, organized activities and quests for them, worked as an English-speaking governess, and organized family holidays in the North. All of this experience has shaped me into a sensitive and attentive teacher with a solid methodological foundation. I’m great at connecting with people of all ages, making them feel comfortable and trust me on the lessons. I foster a non-judgmental environment where students feel safe to ask any questions and try new things. I prioritize keeping students motivated, helping them through rough patches, and encouraging them not to give up. We started piano lessons with Anne for my 6 year old son. We are happy that the sessions are going very well and Anne is an excellent teacher. They are very responsive and prompt in answering any questions we have and the price is very reasonable. Would definitely recommend them.
