Not only did Kim bartend my wedding very last minute, but she helped everyone with everything that was needed. Passed out cups, helped clean up food, and much more! I was planning this wedding long distance and Karen was great. We spoke on the phone as I googled some different flowers she had in mind. The flowers were so gorgeous, and she even let us borrow some vases for our bouquets.

They were great! My family drank way more than expected at the wedding and he handled with calmness and made sure to not involve me (the bride) I didn't even know the alcohol was running low until after the wedding because he went and got what he needed and was great about everything! He is organized and has a great fun personality, just what you're looking for in a bartender! I'd highly recommend him again

I had the pleasure of working with Mary and her family when planning my wedding this past summer at Deer Creek Valley Ranch. The first time I met with Mary and her daughter to discuss my goals and dreams for the wedding, I could tell that she was going to do whatever it took to make my wedding day memorable. Through her busy schedule she was willing to meet with me several times to ensure that we were all on the same page for what the big day entailed. She went out of her way of finding affordable decorations to make my vision come true. Her daughters were very thoughtful in providing great ideas and insight on decorations and other wedding details. Her husband was very helpful with the technological side of things and offered to be the DJ and M.C. at the wedding. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Mary and her services to any bride or organization who is looking to have an event that is well-planned, organized, and perfect! Mary and her team are genuine, hard-working, and very knowledgable about event planning. Not only is Mary professional, but she is affordable and will provide valuable expertise to make your day exceptional!

I needed a hair stylist and make-up artist for my wedding. I didn't know where to look so I put a project on Thumbtack. I got about 6 responses. I decided to go with Emma because she was affordable and she had good work. I was a little worried at first because I have never had a make-up artist before. But she was amazing. She was very nice and helpful! She did such an amazing job with my hair and make-up! I will definitely be calling her for any other events I need her to do! Also recommending her to anyone I know!

We can't say enough good things about Lindsay/Beyond the Décor. I must admit, that when I was first planning my wedding, I didn't think I needed a day-of-coordinator. Boy, am I glad Lindsay was there. She drove all the way to Silverthorne to join us for a venue meeting and the day of the wedding was flawless; all thanks to her. She's kind, professional and comes up with great ideas! Hire her, now :)

I wanted everyone to know about our great officiant. Jane Gorman. From the first time we met her, she treated us like we were best friends and just someone who wanted to help and was not interested in the financial part of it. Jane took time to ask us what we wanted in our wedding and gave us suggestions but ultimately left everything up to us and what we wanted. She was open to making our ceremony exactly how we imagined. My fiancé and I did not want to write our own vows because that was way too much pressure. Thus, she sent private interviews to both my fiancé and I so she could learn what we love about each other. We had no idea about what the other had written until the day of the ceremony which made it much more special and took the pressure off of us. Jane came to the rehearsal to help everyone understand where to be and what to do and attended our rehearsal dinner so she could meet our families and get to understand us even better. She was prompt and dressed professionally at our wedding day and had a copy of our speech printed so that we could keep it forever. It was great to have her and I highly recommend her!

We asked Tyler to plan a trip to the Islands of Greece. I did not specify a lot for him except for the budget, and that we wanted unique places to stay. He took this idea and ran with it! Our vacation was absolutely perfect! He put so much thought into all the little details. We found traveling through Tyler Scott Vacations to be stress free and wonderful.

We have over 19 years professional experience in the event industry as a catering manager, meeting planner and wedding planner. When you book with us, Angela or Wendee, you are our client. We do not hand you over to an assistant. Your style, tastes and preferences are reflected in your wedding. Our role is to implement your decisions, so that your wedding is uniquely yours. We can customize a package according to your needs. We do not accept kickbacks or referral fees. Instead, we request the vendors pass on an add on or a discount to you, our client. We believe in doing less, but better, we each book a maximum of seven clients per year (not including hourly consultations). Wendee has been involved in the planning and coordinating of over 500 events and weddings in her career and all over the country! We charge on a flat-fee basis (instead of percentages), so you know your services and budget upfront. Wendee's special skills are logistical and strategic planning (troubleshooting): how everything will "flow."
