We had a relatively small wedding (70 people) and I was worried that the party atmosphere of the wedding would be a dud but Matt was amazing and made sure everyone had a great time. He accommodated just about all of our requests, and when people began to tire out he moved to slower music which got a fresh batch of dancers on the floor. I had guests and the people working at the venue say that our wedding was the most fun wedding event they had experienced all summer and that they had not seen so many people filling up the dance floor and having fun! I could not have picked a better DJ, thanks Matt!
Evan was a real pleasure to work with for our wedding. He met with us a couple times in advance to work through specialty cocktails, setup, timing, and staffing. Him and his crew showed up timely, had a great setup to serve from, and mixed great drinks! I can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of Evan and his team. I highly recommend using him for your next event!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christy Joy! She was responsive to ALL my emails and texts - within 24 hours! She was great to share ideas with and it was incredible to see her take my ideas, build on them, and bring them to life! Her arrangements were breathtaking - EVERYONE at my wedding gushed over the floral! I was so impressed and happy with her, her level of service, and the final floral product I've already recommended her to one of my bridesmaids for her 2017 wedding. I would love to recommend Christy Joy to anyone looking for beautiful floral and an amazing person to work with.
Hands down I would recommend Laura with Blush and Bay for a wedding florist and wedding coordinator. Laura is so wonderful to work with. While juggling many events and weddings, she makes you feel as though your wedding is her one and only priority! She is totally on top of it and is willing to go above and beyond to make your day amazing. Laura was one of my favorite vendors and you will not be disappointed if you choose blush and bay. Not to mention.. the flowers.... wow! amazing!!!
Amanda did a truly great job. We had a particularly complex, DYI wedding with the ceremony and cocktail hour happening in a different place than the reception. And the reception was at my dad's house so no venue staff to help. Amanda knew all the right questions to ask as we prepared and came up with some fantastic additions to our plan. When we showed up to the house from the ceremony the reception was 100% what I had imagined and more. Amanda also had to put some pressure on some of our vendors to make sure everything was perfect. She did a great job making sure the entire evening was a success. I couldn't be more thankful to have worked with Amanda and the wedding would not have happened without her hard hard work!
Princess is amazing. She was the DJ for my wedding this past weekend and it was a blast. Princess is insanely talented and really knows how to keep the party going. She asked tons of questions and meet every single one of my needs. I would definitely recommend her. Absolutely amazing. And all of my guests loved her.
My daughter lives in Florida and wanted to get married in her home state of Colorado. I found Trenda with Unique Moments Event Planning on Thumbtack. Trenda was easily accessible and very professional. She met with me immediately. She did not impose her ideas on us and willingly listened to and incorporated our ideas and theme. She had great ideas to make our wants and needs better. She handled all of the coordination with the venue and vendors with ease and accomplishment. Nadia helped with our small wedding party held in the backyard of the house. She did great job decollating the area. She made very delicious strawberry cake we requested and one small chocolate cake also delicious. Everyone in the wedding was happy with everything she did. Nadia is also wonderful and kind person and hard worker.

Jonathan was willing to work with my needs on my budget, which saved my wedding day because finding a reasonable decorator in the area was near impossible. He met with me a few times prior to the big day to ensure he understood what I wanted done. Due to the uniqueness of my situation I paid cash up front for his services, which at the time I was skeptical of, but now I would do it again any day. Jonathan went above and beyond what I needed done; when I walked into my reception hall it looks absolutely perfect! Everything went seemlessly I couldn't have dreamt of a better situation! I had a wedding with about 250 people and ultralight dj'd for us, they were so kind and professional and they even set up special lights and a fog machine for us so the pictures look really cool! They got people who normally wouldn't to get up and dance which is so important at a reception otherwise it can be awkward. But they made it so much fun! I couldn't be happier!
Beyond Elegance Events and Weddings has assisted me in so many ways. I contacted them when I was planning on getting married. I had a short time frame and a small budget, they said No problem! They handled every last detail. They helped me locate a venue for my reception that was economically priced. Tracy communicated with my local church, to make all arrangements for sound, rehearsals, scheduling and payment. They located a D.J. for the reception that would only play songs off of my play list. Set-up an appointment with the cake baker for cake tasting, Even the day of I told them what I wanted and they spoke with the reception hall on my behalf to ensure that everything was just like I wanted it down to the smallest detail. I was very worried as a bride and they took the worry out of it. I am so thankful for the work that Tracy and Beyond Elegance did for my wedding, they really went above and beyond and everything turned out perfect!
By coincidence, I just happened to have attended 2 parties coordinated by In The Event and Elyse Boule. Both parties were PHENOMENAL! What made them so special? The attention to detail with the planning, the food, the drinks, the decor, the entertainment and the overall vibe. Elyse truly has a knack for understanding what the client loves, what they don't love, and how to make it a memorable experience. The first party was an outdoor graduation party at a private residence (~60 people); the second was an indoor Kentucky Derby Party at a private residence (~30 people). First, the person being honored at the outdoor graduation party loves Cajun food so Elyse arranged for a New Orleans Food Truck to serve up New Orleans cuisine for all the guests right on location (absolutely delicious AND smart - no kitchen clean-up for the host!). She worked with the food truck to design a menu that was adult and kid-friendly. She obtained all the necessary permits for a food truck to stay parked in the neighborhood. She hired a bartender who specializes in making southern-style cocktails (also delicious and smart - no one had to serve themselves). Not only did she arrange the food truck and bartender, she also found a New Orleans-style jazz band to provide entertainment for all the guests. It was a blast! I truly felt like I was on Bourbon Street that night! She mastered the New Orleans theme, just what the client wanted. It was perfect, despite a freak rain storm. Of course, she planned for that too and had already had a tent and heaters out. I did not expect this at a house party. I was expecting a sandwich tray-white sheet cake and balloons graduation party snooze-fest. NOT A CHANCE! Everyone had a blast, no one batted an eye despite the short burst of bad weather and all the guests, including the band, kept on rockin'. The second party was a Kentucky Derby party (indoor). She coordinated a "Best Derby Hat" contest for the ladies and kids, and provided cute prizes for the winners. The food was all Kentucky-inspired, as were the drinks. Each drink glass (in mason jars - perfect!) were labeled with a horse's number so that drinks wouldn't get mixed up. Similar to the first party I attended, it was so clear that this girl pays close attention to the clients' needs/wants and her attention to detail is impeccable. (I hear that she will be planning a wedding for a client soon, and I want to go just for the party even thought I don't know the bride and groom.) There is no doubt in my mind who I will use when I throw my next party, whether it's big or small. I am so glad I found her - you will too!!! Thank you In The Event and Elyse!!! You make parties truly unforgettable.
Where do I begin? From the moment I met Christine - I knew she was going to make my wedding the most amazing day of my life and she didn't disappoint. From the planning to the communication to the suggestions to the last minute additions, she didn't miss a beat and always responded with kindness. Planning a wedding is stressful but working with Christine took all the stress out of it and just made it fulfilling experience culminating in the most amazing night of love for us, and all our families and friends. You need someone you can trust and I am so thankful that Christine became more than just our wedding coordinator, she became our friend. Her attention to detail was perfect! Her ability to make you feel calm when dealing with all your family wishes was something I will treasure forever. She made merging an Indian ceremony with a traditional reception so special. She is the real deal! If your are getting married, you would be crazy not to have Christine leading the charge by your side as you plan your special day.

Aside from marrying my best friend, hiring Caitlin was the best wedding decision I made. She's professional, kind, understanding, and takes initiative. Her acumen for events is incredible and her execution is perfection. There are many moments of wedding planning hell that I will always remember but the one that comes to mind is me and Caitlin sitting with our florist - I had relayed my floral plan to Caitlin and when I was getting swept away by the beauty of all the flowers, Caitlin asked "Can we have smaller or fewer flowers in the flower girl's crown to make it a little cheaper?" That was exactly what I wanted but would have been too shy to ask. Through everything, Caitlin was my advocate and I'm extremely thankful for her efforts! She is the best!
