Maggie taught a nutrition workshop and led a yoga class for our apartment community. For the nutrition workshop, Maggie was very prepared and presented information in a clear and engaging manner. Her knowledge of the material and the science behind the nutrition was evident. I learned so much and I continue to apply her suggestions to my daily nutritional choices! Her yoga class was equally excellent. Maggie created a relaxing atmosphere and led the sequences with confidence. Being a Colorado native, Lara was always drawn to an active and athletic lifestyle. Lara was introduced to yoga in a high school dance class and she knew instantly that it was an intricate piece of her life's path. As the result of a shoulder injury, her dedication to yoga grew more and more.
