I highly recommend Adriana, you will not find a yoga and reddinkin instructor who cares more about you. The meditation and yoga following the group section were wonderful and really rounded off the whole experience. We can not wait to schedule another team building day with Adriana.

We hired Darrin to lead 2 sessions at our Corporate Retreat, I was nervous because several people in our group have never done yoga or meditation. Boy did Darrin deliver!!! Darrin has a way of leading professionals and opening them up to new experiences that allows people to absorb at their own pace. The whole group kept thanking me for bringing Darrin in and said it was a major highlight of our retreat. I couldn’t recommend Darrin more. He’s professional, on point, and delivers.
