After thoroughly discussing with me the issue and, of explaining potential solutions, we agreed on a plan of action to repair the faucet. His method was efficient, noninvasive, and cost effective. After literally whistling while they worked, both jobs were done well and effectively in less time than I had anticipated. On top of that, the price was very fair. They then diagnosed the problem, suggested some drying techniques, confirmed the kind of replacement valve and trim I needed and wanted and scheduled the install for the folllowing Wednesday. We were all on the same page about the immediate solution - capping the pipes meant we could have water to every other fixture in the house again on Saturday night. They even thoughtfully asked if we had another shower available until our Wednesday rehab appointment."See more
