I feel like working with Casey is a game changer for me. I've always been very active but I wanted someone who could push me a bit harder and she certainly does. But the biggest improvement is with my diet. That was the hardest struggle for me but Casey's meal plans each week make it so much easier and I am more dedicated than I've ever been to reaching my health and wellness goals. I've worked with a personal trainer in the past but Casey goes above and beyond by really treating health and wellness in a holistic manner. She takes the time to really think about her clients and then tailors a program suited for them - that was something I never experienced before and I so appreciate it. I think that is the key to finally helping me reach my goals. She takes a very smart and scientific approach to her training and I absolutely trust her expertise; so much so that I committed to working with her for the next 9 months!
Andrew Vandyke is everything you want in a mental health professional. He listens and doesn't play the out of book type therapy. Forget 12 step, there are much better ways to get and stay sober without having to follow a program that has very little positive outcome. Doc understands the struggle is real. I would recommend his service to anyone who is having mental health issues.
I've been training with Dominic every week for the last 4 years. The strength training helps keep me healthy and has improved my endurance with long distance running. The variety in the workouts we do (never the same one twice!) and the positive accountability keeps me coming back! I would highly recommend him to anyone who'd like to improve and maintain their health.
This coach is awesome! Daniel has enabled and educated me in losing weight, keeping the weight off for several years and also coached me through rehab of two hip replacements! I had been at the gym for a year with no results in weight loss and after working one on one with Daniel I lost weight, increased endurance, strength, balance and had healthier eating habits. Daniel understands fears and concerns. His understanding of how the body works is amazing. He has the right balance of pushing one just enough but not too much. I completely trusted him with my hip rehabs. He is ethical and responsible. I do live a life of activity; hiking, snow skiing, a physical job and of course working out!
Would highly recommend Andrew. The combination of dietician and nutritional knowledge is perfect for dealing with health issues, weight management and fitness needs. The fact that he is also a chef allows clients to have unique and enjoyable meals prepared for them if they choose. I have used all of his skill sets and the service has been excellent.

I've been working with Jessica since October 2016. I was extremely impressed by Jessica's ability to listen to my goals and develop a plan to meet those goals. She created both a food plan and exercise plan to get me moving and consistently modifies the plans based upon my progress.
