I am a regular yoga practitioner, and found myself feeling like I had reached a plateau in my practice. I wanted to get stronger, and work more on my core, and strengthening my arms and legs. I wanted to try personal training vs group fitness classes as they would be more tailored for my needs. I also wanted to work on yoga inversions, and progress my yoga practice further. I spoke with Clare, after attending one of her yoga classes, and we had a discussion about the areas I wanted to work on and improve. I chose to work with Clare due to her perfect combination of yoga teacher and personal trainer, which was exactly what I was looking for. She is very knowledgeable in both areas and I knew she could help me work towards my goals. I have been meeting weekly with her and she has identified various areas for me to work on, strengthen and realign. I have noticed a huge improvement in the last two months in my posture, strength and alignment both in weight training and yoga. It is also evident in other sports I do such as skiing, where I can notice the increased strength in my legs. My inversion practice is also getting stronger and I'm able to hold crow and headstand for extended periods of time. I look forward to seeing continued improvements in my health and fitness through working with Clare.

I moved to Denver in the spring and was looking for a personal trainer to help me build lean muscle and wishing to tone up. I was also looking for a nutritionist to help me with my food allergies and health concerns. While searching for a personal trainer I came across Mona who focused on both and thought it would be a perfect fit! Iâve been going to Mona for the past 4-5 months twice a week and I always look forward to it! Iâve noticed such a change in my body! I have the lean muscle that I had wished for and I can see muscles that I havenât seen in years! Mona really listens to what you want and makes the workouts geared towards your goals. She also is extremely knowledgeable on food and how it affects your body. I have always tried my best to be the healthiest eater and Mona helped me realize that even though I was eating healthy, that there was a reason for my bloated stomach after I ate every single time. She made me aware of my daily habits in a way I never had before. I feel a million times better since Iâve been going to Mona, something that the doctors in Cleveland could not accomplish. Mona is very dedicated and has genuine concern for her clients. Even when she went on vacation for two weeks, she offered Skype classes! Iâm moving downtown in the next few months and although it will be a hike to Parker, itâs totally worth the experience!

Lucas is whom you want as your personal trainer! He combines a positive, motivating attitude that has the effect of me getting the most out of our sessions, combined with the knowledge and technical mastery to formulate complex and demanding workouts, that has helped me reach new fitness levels. I have trained with Lucas for the past 3 months, doing demanding sessions, and have not suffered an injury, which is a huge accomplishment for me at age 45 with a variety of chronic sport induced aches and pains. I cannot recommend Lucas and Latitude 39 fitness more for your personal training needs.
