I've been using GAIN Fitness for a few months now, and it's great! My trainer is really knowledgable. She makes sure to answer all of my questions during our sessions and programs my workouts directly into the app shortly after we meet. Then, when I'm working out on my own, the app tells me what to do. It's nice not to have to think about my routine while I'm working out, and now that I know my trainer is watching, I don't skip workouts anymore. I highly recommend this for anyone who needs a little extra motivation or direction.
